This 1500 sq ft condo is setup for families, couples, girl's weekends or those annual golf trips. It is everything a lakefront getaway in the Dells should be. Situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a huge 3rd story balcony overlooking the water, our guests can relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Located near all of the area attractions. This is parking lot level so...NO STAIRS outside or inside!

This is a waterfront property in Lighthouse Cove with a great view. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonally) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing on the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is less than a 10-minute walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Lighthouse Cove is a mixed use property consisting of full-time residents, weekenders, and renters. It is a quiet spot on the lake but just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of Wisconsin Dells Pkwy.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
6 persons.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property has a beautiful view of Lake Delton. The property is just like home. The kitchen was furnished the best of any VRBO I have stayed! Wisconsin Dells for fall colors is beautiful. We rented kayaks on Mirror Lake to relax and take in the colors. Chris was responsive to our questions. Prior to our visit Chris sent us a list of personal favorites for restaurants and activities. The ones we chose from his list were all great choices. I would definitely stay here again when in The Dells.
It was perfect! Great king beds, clean, had all the amenities you could want, gorgeous view of the lake, great balcony with plenty of seating, responsive host, what more can I say? We would definitely Italy stay here again.

We stayed in this lakefront condo (Aug. 13th-17th) me, my husband and 2 of our boys (19) (11). From the time of booking to a couple questions I had before we headed that way, Chris was always quick to respond. The Condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was the right amount of space, and we thoroughly enjoyed the outside balcony with the lake view. We spent most nights out here and also enjoyed our morning coffee out there each day. I really enjoyed the hanging basket chair!!! The kitchen is very well stocked and the gas grills on the grounds were nice to have. Our boys used the indoor pool once and they also enjoyed fishing from the docks at night. It was nice to be close to all of the attractions of the Dells but not in the center of it all. This location was quiet and very peaceful. It's within walking distance of Noah's Ark waterpark, which was nice, and saved us the $20 parking fee. When we booked the condo Chris sent recommendations on different restaurants and places to try/checkout which was very helpful. Overall, it was a great trip, and we would definitely stay at this property again.
The lakefront condo was just a short drive from all the fun and restaurants in the Dells, but far enough away to be able to relax and unwind by the lake. The condo was clean and spacious and had all the kitchen amenities you might need, along with some fun extras like a popcorn maker. The balcony is large with plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool, as well as the beach access. We had some minor inconveniences such as the cold water setting not working on the washing machine and the outlet near the bed in the master bedroom didn't work, but nothing that really impacted our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
