Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

When you aren't taking advantage of the lake access, close proximity to town, or skiing on fresh powder, chilling out inside will be a treat for the whole family. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining, as the full kitchen, living area, dining room, and access to the balcony are all ready to allow everyone to mingle as a home-cooked meal is prepared.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The proximity to the lake was the best thing about this property. Beautiful views!
The house was clean and the location right on the lake. Both the upper and lower decks had great views. The landscaping outside is well maintained as well. We loved watching the dark skies filled with stars at night. Living room was larger than it looked in pictures and so was the kitchen. Has all basic necessities in the pantry. Downstairs bedroom with deck is large and has lots of games.
Great location and beautiful views from both balconies. I would definitely stay here again.

This townhouse is in a fantastic location right on the water and a great community. The house had everything that we needed. Plenty of towels and extra bedding and beach chairs, etc. would definitely go back.
