This family-friendly condo presents you with a splendid lakefront location and impressive lake views from the extensive balcony, which has been furnished with an outdoor dining area, several seats, and a gas grill that will come in handy for summertime cookouts. Inside, the living area faces the lake and offers a bright and openspace where you all can unwind and watch fun movies and shows on the TV. The electric fireplace will keep you nice and warm during the colder months. There is a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and two out of three bedrooms have great lake views. The main suite has an en suite bath with a shower and a separate jetted tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
