Loved the space, ease of access, cleanliness, simplicity of booking and the location.

Quick customer service when i needed assistance, otherwise clean and comfortable stay.

Location and place was great. My only issue was the code to get in did not work and getting a hold of someone to help was difficult. The person I was texting didn’t know how to fix it, so I called and it took a long time to get a hold of someone.

This was a beautiful spot, really enjoyed the lake access & campfire pit. Very accessible, overall very pleased with our stay. One thing I will note, the top bunk in the room upstairs had 2 bugs on the pillow. We researched to confirm they weren't bedbugs (they weren't), but this wasn't very fun when we first noticed. I'm not going to leave a bad review or anything, but just wanted to make you aware of this. Other than these bugs, we did enjoy our stay!

We had great time!

A new microwave, refrigerator and stove since our visit last year. Really enjoyed dinners on the deck. Granddoughters loved swimming in the lake and playing in the sand. Plenty of room for 6 people. Two suggestions . There needs to be a water source and hose to rinse sand off outside. That would help keep sand out of house. A washer and dryer either in unit or on site for renters that have children would really be appreciated.

Enjoyed a week on this quiet bay of Lake Delton. Nice home amenities and appliances.

This cabin was beautiful and very roomy for our large group. Everyone around was very friendly and there was plenty to do for all ages including little kids as there were beach toys and other things. Property was very clean and well managed.

Perfect spot when you have younger kids. Minutes from downtown Dells. The water is mostly shallow and it’s easy to keep an eye on them.

We have stayed here several times and had a great time. 6 adults and 3 children under 7. It was relaxing and the girls (6 and 4 1/2 years old) and the 16-month-old boy spent hours playing in the sand, hanging out in the water working out the slide and swings. And the adults wondering where all that energy comes from. Just a cozy and comfortable place that still has room to get some quiet time. We will be back. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

We love staying here with our 8 year old. And his grandparents. The grounds are always neat and tidy and even with other families it’s a quiet and relaxing place to vacation. Very close to many attractions.

me and 5 of my friends stayed for a weekend here and it has a great view of the lake and is close to a lot of different places in the dells. however the stay was cramped with 6 people even though it is rated for 10. not a lot of parking for multiple cars and a small entry way into the unit makes it hard to get luggage in and out. overall its a good small house with a great view of the lake and room to sleep a family of 5.

Comfortable, quaint and quiet!

The house was perfect for a girls weekend! Plenty of room for all of us and it was in a very nice area. Seemed secluded but was right near all the restaurants and shopping.

The house was clean. The outdoor grounds and amenities are NOT nearly as nice as they used to be. Gas grill not working, no pool,no ping pong table, row boat with no oars, no raft to swim to in the water. 2 working paddle boats AT LEAST. Hard to view it as a “resort.” Not much to offer outside of the clean house and nice view.

We wanted this to be a great review and the house and owner are amazing as they stayed in the house next to us. Reaching out to vacasa was not so great.

I've been staying at Thunderbird Resort for almost 15 years now, well before Vacasa took it over. I've loved the property, scenery, and accessibility to downtown though you feel like you're secluded from everything. My only complaint, if it even is one, is I used to receive a military discount from previous owners prior to Vacasa taking over. Unfortunately during booking, I did not see that option online. After booking, when I called to inquire, the lady said they did not offer a military discount. Besides that, the place is amazing and I'd highly recommend it to anyone. You can bring your boat and/or wave runners and use their docks as well. A+ as always, will definitely be staying again in the future.

We loved everything about it.

This lake house is in the perfect location for all of the attractions around Wisconsin Dells. Barely a 5 minute drive to the main street, right on the lake with ample parking. I'm not sure if it was stated in the listing, but when booking I hadn't realized it would be shared property with the other houses in the area. Luckily, we were fortunate with great neighbors at the time that respected quiet hours, the property, and had kids the same age as ours for them to play with. If you're looking for secluded private property, you may not come out as lucky as we were with the neighbors. The interior of the house worked out great for our little family, plenty of room and storage for everyone. The appliances are little outdated, but they still worked just as great! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This again has been a wonderful experience. Our group of 9 included 5- and 4-year-old girls who made full use of the playground, beach and the piers for some fishing. This is our third visit to Thunderbird and hope to return. It's relaxing for the adults and plenty of adventure for the young ones. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

It’s obviously a nice location and fit the seven of us just fine. However, the intended master bedroom and master bathroom upstairs was turned into a children’s room with bunk beds. My husband and I had to stay in a small bedroom downstairs that shared a bathroom with the entire house. Very disappointing, especially considering we are the two people who paid for the whole thing. Also, the coffee maker did not work. I texted customer service two mornings in a row and nothing was done about it. The kitchen floor was sticky and bathroom floor looked dirty. It was not very well stocked either compared to other places we’ve stayed. If the cabin sleeps up to 10 people you should have full size shampoo and conditioner. A couple of trial size is not sufficient. We had to go out and buy our own. For these reasons, we were not happy with this property.

The home was very clean, nicely furnished, and had most everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice calm bay for swimming.

This was perfect for a vacation with family / grandparents. The home is very clean, comfortable and well stocked for home cooked meals. The deck is perfect for lounging and eating. We especially liked the beach and fishing off the piers. Everyone we met was very nice and helpful we will book this home for next year!
