Lakefront Condo w/ Free Resort Amenities at SML!

This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place with lots of room. Gorgeous view and close to lake and all amenities. The pools are great for the entire family, with a nice play ground and walking areas.

We had a great stay at Smith Mountain Lake. Very comfortable condo with all amenities included. Beautiful area for hikes, fishing and a quiet retreat.

We loved our stay, it had everything we needed, was very clean and was nicely updated. The main bedroom was so comfy, and the porch was a perfect place for coffee before the kids woke up. There were so many amenities at the property we were able to enjoy including an indoor pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, basketball court, arcade and fitness equipment. We visited on a 80 degree fall weekend and would have loved use of outdoor pools but they were closed for the season. The outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake was gorgeous though. I would definitely stay again! Everyone in our group had something to do and enjoyed themselves!

The place was great for quick trip to see family. Very clean and kitchen stocked.

The property was exactly as listed. The decorations were cute, furniture was comfortable, and the essentials were provided like coffee, dish soap, towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Splash Pad. It was very clean and perfect for us. We even used the gas fireplace one night which made the evening perfect. The house has everything you could possibly need. The screened in porch with the ceiling fans was the perfect place to sit and read, which I did a lot of.

Clean and comfy

This property has a beautiful water front view in a quiet neighborhood. Every amenity on the resort you could ask for from a beach on the lake, multiple pools, restaurants, fitness centers, golf course, boat rentals and more. Wide life is all round and food and shops near by. Kids and adults were both entertained. The condo has a screened in porch great for early morning coffee and night time lounging. The condo was cleanly and well stocked. Little clean up was required before check out. The fishing pier was a family favorite! Highly recommend!!!!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the amenities. The teenagers played tennis and used the gym. The walking trail around the resort was nice. Great proximity to Smith Mountain Lake and other local attractions. Property was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

This was a great place with great amenities. proximity to lake and all amenities was fantastic. 2 bed condo was extremely spacious and beautiful!
