Stayed Jul 31, 2025This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We loved our stay, it had everything we needed, was very clean and was nicely updated. The main bedroom was so comfy, and the porch was a perfect place for coffee before the kids woke up. There were so many amenities at the property we were able to enjoy including an indoor pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, basketball court, arcade and fitness equipment. We visited on a 80 degree fall weekend and would have loved use of outdoor pools but they were closed for the season. The outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake was gorgeous though. I would definitely stay again! Everyone in our group had something to do and enjoyed themselves!

Stayed Aug 12, 2024My family really enjoyed our stay at Splash Pad. It was very clean and perfect for us. We even used the gas fireplace one night which made the evening perfect. The house has everything you could possibly need. The screened in porch with the ceiling fans was the perfect place to sit and read, which I did a lot of.
