Second Bedroom: Equipped with a twin-over-full-over-twin bunk bed, a trundle bed, and a roomy closet—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Two Full Bathrooms:

- One is part of the master suite.

- The second is in the hallway next to the second bedroom and features a tub/shower combo and double vanity.

Living & Dining Spaces:

Enjoy the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Cozy living room with a Smart TV and dedicated workstation.

Dining table seats 4, plus additional seating for 6 at the kitchen counter.

A Ring security camera is installed near the front door for your safety and peace of mind.

Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pets Welcome: $90 fee per pet, per stay.

HOUSE RULES (please read carefully)

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 21+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Pool safety (strict): Children may not be left unattended at the pool at any time. An adult must supervise children at all times, and no unsupervised children are permitted in or near the pool—ever.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

Getting Around:

According to the legal requirement (executive order of the governor), he also agrees not to organize any meeting with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not comply with this rule, we will have the right to evict you without any right of compensation, and you would be at risk of being reported to the police at any time by the neighbors or the HOA. Only guests who have been registered can stay on the property.



All units in the complex are privately owned; The owners are not responsible for any accident, injuries, or diseases that occur while they are in the facilities or their facilities, or for the loss of personal belongings or objects of value of the guest if it is not claimed after 24 hours of checkout. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage derived from their use of the facilities or other people to whom they invite to use the premises.



In the case of a storm or hurricane, refunds will not be granted unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a storm warning area/tropical hurricane and/or a mandatory evacuation order has been granted for the tropical storm warning/hurricane in this area. The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation in a tropical storm warning/hurricane , area, we will reimburse: any unused use part of the rent of a current guest; Any portion of unused rental of a guest who is scheduled to arrive or who would like to shorten his stay or would like to enter after the hurricane warning is lifted; and any anticipated rentals collected or deposited for a reserve that arrives during the hurricane warning period.

● Do not bring food inside the rooms

● NO glass containers outside.

● DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. You should not download female or wipe products at any time. If these products obstruct the septic system, you will be charged for damages.
