Lakefront 226 has all the updates, all the convenience, and just needs you!

Well for starters there were cockroaches in the unit. 1 shower is cracked the other showe leaking water, toilets moving because the bolts are broken, air vents rattle. Unit wast not cleand well. Would not recommend. It was a nice unit at one point but lack of maintenance is showing.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just ok. ZERO stock as far as kitchen. Suggest coffee filters, salt & pepper. Fortunately there was a clean HVAC filter so I could change the filthy one. The entire system needs to be cleaned from MOLD !! Beds and bedding could be updated. Pillows were awful. Blinds in one bedroom were all broken so no privacy or darkening ability. The place hasn't been updated for 25 or more years. Also some cheap beach chairs & towels would be a huge upgrade.

Reviewer Comments: My wife, son, and I have been going to Miramar beach for 15 years straight and have stayed at seascape for at least 75% of those times. You can’t beat the location and access to the beach. And there are so many restaurants and amenities right there you never have to leave.

However, after staying there for over 20 years with Seascape- the beach setups as an ammenity were a prime reason for our loyalty. Howver, this year there has been a change and they are no longer included in the price of the rental. They are available for an additionla price. Even if you decide to bring your own setups- the amount of beach available to do this is very minimal. It is disheartening for the future. This was a perk that was a major contributor to us being repeat customers. Please re-evaluate and bring this perk back.

Very clean, Screened in porch great to enjoy a meal or drink and not have to worry about the bugs. The pool was just a few steps away, and just a little walk to the beach. We will definitely try to book this unit again for next summer. Lots of places to enjoy a meal out, with not a long drive. I also like the fact that this condo has a washer and dryer and each bedroom has its own connecting bathroom.

Centralized to restaurants, grocery stores, & perfect walking distance to the beach. Fun views out the back porch to watch golf and a great lake to fish. However, this unit was absolutely filthy when we got there. Had to spend over and hour and a half cleaning before we even felt comfortable unpacking. The unit itself was a great unit, just not cleaned or maintained at all. Seascape management was some of the worst I have experienced. Took me over 10 phone calls and multiple emails to get any resolution for the unacceptable state of our condo. If it wasn’t for me staying on top of them, nothing would of been done and they could have cared less that I was upset about the cleanliness of our unit. There is much more I could say but in reality I would stay here again because of how well the unit is layed out and its location, I would just come prepared to clean this time.

My wife and I both came down with Covid 19 and although the symptoms were relatively mild, we just wanted to go home so we left early.
