Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time but disappointed in the management company. First, at no point did they inform of us of no golf carts allowed on the property (Yes we booked one and returned it, lost $400). Second, no extras of things like toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags (and they want you to have all trash thrown out before you leave). The elevators at this property are terrible, too big of a complex for the amount of elevators. They have pool “monitors” to make sure drinks are not within 4 ft of the pool. A pedestrian bridge needs to be built from the condo to the beach access. And demanding only the parents to wear the bracelets is the dumbest thing.

I have stayed at LTW many times and was always very satisfied, but this visit I was a little disappointed. I was sent multiple codes to enter the room upon arrival in which neither worked. I had to call the property manager several times before I received a code that worked. Once again I entered the property the trash in the kitchen was overflowing and smelling. There were no paper towels or trash bags. We did not have any wash cloths or towels therefore I had to go and purchase some trash bags and wash cloths from the local Walmart. The sofa sleeper was broken the springs at the foot of the bed were broken and the foot of the mattress fell to the floor. The property management offered to send maintenance but it was beyond repair. I think the sleeper needs to be replaced. It took multiple times to connect to the Wi-Fi because we had several logins and passwords just like the codes to enter the room.

Reviewer Comments: The location of the resort is the ONLY thing going for it, and still has a lot of room for improvement. We arrived a little early and had the most difficult time getting in to the unit. The code provided in our ‘welcome’ email NEVER worked. I had to contact property management 3 separate times before we were even able to get in. The unit was dirty and not well maintained. Calls to management went unanswered. There was a safety incident during our stay (gunman? someone with a gun? never was explained) where we were advised to return to our rooms for an undetermined amount of time. I was never able to get in contact with the security on property, requesting a return call through the ‘answering service,’ where I was told that security would come around to inform everyone when it was safe to exit our units again. It has been FIVE days since the incident. We’ve since returned home and no one ever called or followed up on this. I was given the name of this property rental company from another reputable company we’ve used many times, elsewhere in Florida. I will never rent from this company again.

The biggest plus is that you are right by the parking deck so you don’t have to worry so much about the crowded elevators.

The beach was across the street with many restaurants and shops near by.

The pictures show the place very well everything is as exactly as it looks in the pictures it is very spacious with an open kitchen and living area very clean and kept up with I will definitely be back to this one with the short distance to the beach!
