The condo was in a great quiet location. Can walk to Baytown. Love the golf carts to get around. The condo itself was very cozy. No complaints. Just have 1 complaint to the Sandestin resort itself. Nothing to do with the rental or property management. The resort decided to post a sign at the beach about “No personal beach chairs” in front of the rental chairs. That’s very unfair especially we are beach people and get to the beach early to get a spot up front to the waterfront. While sitting back behind the all the rental chairs, renters and owners were definitely complaining about what the resort did. This may deter us from visiting Sandestin in the future unless the resort removes this stupid sign/rule.

Rental was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable and great location. Having 2 golf carts is great. It would be safer if both had headlights. Management company was readily available and provided solid information even gave tips on things to do.

Everything worked as expected and MyVacationHaven was extremely responsive when we had a question with the garage remote. Comfortable beds and furniture and beautiful bathrooms. Having the wine fridge was nice too. We are planning to re-book in fall. 5 stars!

The property management company does a wonderful job and the property was lovely and comfortable. Would rent this place again. We have previously owned 4 properties in Sandestin over the years and I am very particular with any rental. This one met and exceeded my expectations.

We will be back. Perfect location and the golf cart was able to access several locations outside the area such as the grocery store. The only item is that because it is on an upper floor with steep steps, people with bad knees might have an issue.

This place was absolutely perfect four our family! Great location, everything was super clean, transportation was perfect with the golf carts!

We had a great stay at this property. It was our first time back in Sandestin in quite awhile. The location of this condo can't be beat. Super close to the Baytowne Village, pool on site and the golf carts are a priceless addition. I don't think I would go to Sandestin without a golf cart. It makes it so easy to get around. It was super clean and had plenty of space for us all. Beds were comfortable. Loved spending time on the screen porch. Kitchen has everything you need. Huge laundry room to throw all your junk in! Garage was great for storing beach items when not using - as opposed to having to lug them in and out of condo. All in all wonderful stay. Property mgmt company was easy to get in touch with. A few misses: The area can be confusing if you haven't been before and the property management company could do a better job of providing maps and explaining exactly what amenities of the resort you have access to (and which ones you don't!). I stopped in at the registration area to grab a paper map and the actual resort people were a little snooty and said we weren't really supposed to use the pools b/c we were staying with a VRBO and not Sandestin properties. So that was confusing. Wifi Login shared was incorrect. Threshold btw master bedroom and bathroom was completely off Toilet paper holder in master bath broken. towel rack in secondary bath was broken off the wall and laying on shelf dirty towel hanging in bathroom when we arrived window in master bath leaked bad

Reviewer Comments: Great house and both golf carts worked well--the only issue we experienced was there were No Lights in Both Bathrooms our first 24 hours...that was not good. We would have expected the rental company to compensate us in some small way, but they did not. We consider that poor customer service. Otherwise, the stay was very good.
