Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at this rental. My son caught a bass fish on the first day of our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are so soft. We enjoyed having 2 golf carts and the property management was quick to respond with any questions we had. It was nice having an outdoor storage area for our beach wagon and toys. I did give the property 4 stars for cleanliness only because there were dead mosquitos smashed on the walls in the master that was not cleaned off probably from a previous renter. We also had small gnats in the bunk area upon arrival. Overall, it was a great stay and we would rent this place again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location and having the 2 golf carts was a plus. However; the condo was very underwhelming. It was not cleaned very well before our arrival. The glass door leading to the screened porch had fingerprints and what looked like smudges from a dog. This door is the center point of the living area. The tub in the master bedroom was dirty upon arrival. The air filters looked like they have not been replaced in months. A family with several members who have severe allergies yes we check this. The bunk room is extremely small and cannot hold teenagers plus no one would put small children in there because it is beside the door and the other rooms are upstairs. We have been coming to this area for years and this was our least favorite place we have stayed.

Beds are comfortable, back porch is amazing, easy access to everything Sandestin offers, and golf carts are the perfect added bonus! Would return!

They should give a list of items you need to bring as they are very limited in what they provide. Bring all your own cooking spices, extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, extra trash bags, etc. as they do not provide more if you run out of the couple they provide. We loved the pond in the back and that you can fish. The location is quiet and close to everything. Having two golf carts with kids is great and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay! Just was disappointed with the property management company, they called asking if we needed anything and I asked for toilet paper and paper towels. They said they don't provide extra- for the price they should at least provide enough for a weeks stay.
