Stayed Jan 10, 2026This was the perfect set up for our group and the property manager was really responsive when I had questions. Rooms were spacious, common area was cozy, and check-in was really, really easy. 5 minutes to Heavenly and across the street from groceries and other amenities. Would stay again!!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025We loved our stay at this tri-level townhome in Tahoe. It was perfect for three families with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen (just bring your own seasonings and oils). The location was amazing, only steps from the lake. A wonderful place to relax after the soccer tournament, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 5, 2024We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights with 9 people for a bachelorette lake trip and don’t have enough good things to say about this condo! It’s clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to the lake and all the activities! A great home base for an activity filled long weekend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969PROS: Location is prime. Lots of bedrooms & comfortable sleeping areas. Kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils, etc. Water heater stayed warm for multiple showers. Comfortable beds. Pool area and private beach access make for such an easy visit. CONS: The floors are so loud, if you’re sleeping downstairs and someone is walking above you it’s almost impassible to sleep. Not a great experience if you don’t all go to bed and wake up at the same time. No AC. We visited in July and weather was in the high 80s. The upstairs was really uncomfortable until late into the evening. There were fans available but that didn’t quite do the trick. Previous renters full trash bags were left at the property for a day after we got there and I finally messaged Vacasa to come pick it. The upstairs loft window was damaged and half of it was hanging off the track so we had to tell the kids no one was allowed in the loft. Vacasa staff came out on day 2 of our stay for a quick repair but wasn’t able to actually repair the window. Half of the cups were dirty in the cabinets. I’d definitely return back to Lakeland Village, 10/10. Unless this specific rental has some improvements to it, I’d probably look for another property in the community for my next stay. Hopefully these honest words help the management team and future renters. We still made the most of our trip and appreciate all the great things Lake Tahoe has to offer!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024We've stayed in many vacation rentals in Tahoe and this one was by far the best in terms of amenities and location, but the unit was not without its faults. The private beach access is priceless, especially on a busy holiday weekend like the 4th of July. Our kids also loved the access to the pools and hot tubs, all included with our stay. The property was right in the heart of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. So convenient. The rental had everything we needed in terms of towels, cookware, etc.; however, there was no AC, which was problematic as it was a very hot week the week we were there. It was fine on the first floor at night, but the main living area (second level) was so hot, that it was hard to hang out comfortably. The third level loft was not an option for using the two beds due to the hot temps. The other knock on the unit was the thin walls, creaky floors and queen bed in the room on the second level. You can hear everything through the walls, beside you and above you, so bring ear plugs. Lastly, my husband and I couldn't sleep on the bed on the second level. The springs on the bed were so sensitive that even just laying there breathing, they creaked. We ended up moving downstairs and sharing the downstairs rooms with our kids to be able to sleep. All in all, if you can get over some of the unit flaws, the property is a slam dunk.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have stayed at Lakeland Village many times. It is beautiful and clean and close to the lake. We love the beach access and 2 pool areas. We love the “cabin feel” of the units!
