Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect location-- walk to library, farmer's market, Performing Arts, the Community Center and enjoy your coffee on the dock! Rachel took care of every question and issue that arose quickly.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Sanibel in March. The rental unit we stayed at was in an excellent area - close to absolutely everything, but also a quiet area. It was so relaxing to set on the dock and watch the fish on Tarpon Bay. We got to see a Manatee right at the dock. We loved it so much we are planning to go back to the same area next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unvacuumed, black mold on shower curtain, deck furniture with note to 'keep inside', no beach umbrella & terribly uncomfortable living room furniture.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we rented this condo for the month of Feb. The location is very convenient to restaurants and stores and has a lovely lake view from the back porches. The condo is getting a little run down: the toilet in the Master BR won't flush without additional water, the tub drain won't close; the stove has burner and broiler problems and the second bedroom's window and screen are ready to fall out. Also a drag you are not allowed to use on grill on the property. They are raising the rent 8% so it is time for us to look elsewhere for value.
