Lake Havasu Getaway w/ Golf Course & Lake Views!

The listing pictures matched the condo so there were no surprises. Everything was in working order and clean. Great location, close to everything, and had great views. The only thing that was missing in the check in instructions was the code to the lock box, but luckily I arrived at a decent time and was able to obtain it from the contact listed. There was not a list of crazy chores to complete before leaving. I would rent this condo again if we return.

Excellent location. The place had a few issues with maintenance but overall it was wonderful!

Great location. Close to lots of dinning options that you can reach by walking. Also, love the balcony with nice views of golf course and the lake. Second time booking here.

Great location! Property is as advertized. Plenty of linens & towels. We don't have little kids, but did notice they have things for the kids at the pool, games, etc. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing that they didn't provide that would have been helpful to know ahead of time was shampoo & bath soap. Walgreen's across the street, so problem solved really fast!

We loved the location...and the gated community. Easy walk to the riverfront walkway. The unit itself had everything you need! The kitchen was stocked well. The condo pool was great. I can't say enough about this rental!!

We stayed at the property for a long weekend and had a fabulous time. Property was clean, a little dated in the bathrooms but not a big deal. Small living space, but decent sized bedrooms and beds were comfy. Location is fabulous if you want to hang out by London Bridge and walk by the water. There was an added bonus of the largest Southwest antique/older car show the weekend we were there so we just walked out right behind our building! We would absolutely stay here again as it was close to darn near everything.

Great location in relation to the bridge and eateries. Easy to get to the beach at Rotary Park. Nice balcony in the back to enjoy coffee in the morning.

We have been staying in this complex with other friends and their families for over 30 years. Love the complex and location. Very family friendly. Only complaint about this unit is the doors. Squeaky doors, including bedroom closets and balcony sliders. So loud they kept waking our grand baby. If that gets corrected, we would definitely love to rent this unit again.

This place was outdated and it looked like a collection of furniture that people didn’t want. We forgot our body wash and they didn’t provide body wash or shampoo. There were only two pods for washing clothes. The patio furniture was dusty and spider webs were all over. We had to clean it. The TV in the living room was small. Also, the ceiling fan light in the bedroom with two double beds came on during the night that our son and kids were sleeping. It woke them up several times. Our daughter and son in law stayed at the same location but different suite. Theirs was updated and with an open concept. Furniture was very nice and tv was huge.

Comfortable, convenient, clean. Nothing extravagant, but I prefer good price over excessive amenities. Had everything I needed.

We have been coming to Havasu for 30 years. I like trying different places do stay..This location would be hard to beat! We had a blast walking to all of our favorite places in the channel. I loved waking up to the lake view! Not a fancy place but it was perfect for the three of us! The front bedroom with 2 beds does get hotter than the master and as someone else commented the light turns on randomly throughout the night. We will certainly be back!

It’s a clean condo with a nice view. Great location with every amenity near by. Good place to crash after hanging with family during the holiday week.
