Stayed Jan 3, 2026Clean, quiet, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. It’s on the 3rd (top) floor and near an elevator and overlooks a nice courtyard. Convenient location to London Bridge. The unit is hard to find as there aren’t any identifying markers on the outside of the complex, so either get detailed directions beforehand or walk down one of the hallways on the ground floor and find one of the maps.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025The condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay there. It was close to the lake, shopping and dining. The only problem was that the condo is on the 3rd floor and te elevator was out of service our entire stay. Lugging all of our stuff up and down the stairs was very inconvenient. We notified our host. He said he was unaware and that he contcted his HOA who told him it would befixed the next day. We were relieved until we ran into the repairman who told us it would take at least a month. I would still recommend the condo, just make sure the elevator is in service.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024What a great condo in Havasu! It was extremely clean, fresh linen and such a cute find for our stay. In Havasu we only really need a place to sleep but this surpassed our expectations. It was quaint, charming and perfect for our little family. Not to mention affordable per night which is what sealed the deal for us! We will be staying there again!
