This property exceeded our expectations. It is a very cozy condo. Super clean, well stocked in everything you might need. Definitely, if I travel to Tennesse again, it is a perfect place to stay. Christmas decoration was an excellent idea for our memories. 10/10

My family had a great stay at this property. It had plenty of room for us and was very comfortable. The kitchen met all of all needs too and we needed the multiple bathrooms which worked out very well. The high temperatures and humidity didn't allow for much enjoyment of the outside features but it was on a very convenient location with pleasant scenery. Thanks for hosting our family!

Ideal location in the heart of Fairfield Glade. Spacious condo unit. Very tidy and clean.

My adult kids, grandson, and I stayed for 5 days, and we had an excellent time. The condo is set up well with places for small groups to hang out or introverts to get some solo time. The stairs to downstairs are off of the dining area which means you don't hear people tromping up and down. Elizabeth was quickly responsive throughout the whole process. Check in and check out were seamless. We had three cars and had no problems finding close parking spots. My advice is to check ahead for things to do using TikTok and Instagram. We also had a lot of luck when we asked local people we ran into where they would take out-of-town visitors. There are a lot of good breweries in the area. Be sure to visit Leroy's Jamaican Bread. They have excellent vegetable patties and they sing a beautiful song for first-time visitors. The antique store next to them had reasonable prices, and the winery next door had free tasting. We also enjoyed the Pour House, CalfKiller Brewery, Happy Trails Brewery, Farmers Storehouse, Dirty Girls Nursery, Black Mountain Crest Loop (easy hike), G.O.A.T. Cafe, Chuckles miniature golf, and the kids headed out a couple times for frozen custard from a local place.

Condo was centrally located for our weekend stay in the Glade. Close to family, grocery and events we were attending. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Nice new park within walking distance that has bocce courts, memorial garden and covered pavilions.

This is the 2nd year the 8 of us have stayed here. Great condo, plenty of space and conveniently located.

Somewhat newly renovated, however caulking in the bathroom needed to be redone and somewhat shoddy workmanship.

Nicely decorated unit. Very spacious in a convenient location. 2 entrance level bedrooms made it easier to travel with someone who has mobility concerns.

This was large enough and the best location for out of town family in for a funeral.

House was very accommodating and comfortable. Will definitely stay again when we are in Fairfield Glade

Friends gathering for golf.

This is a 2 storey split level condo on the end of a row of similar properties. Main rooms and 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with a huge basement with a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. This arrangement would be great for large families as the kids could virtually have the basement for themselves. Quiet area with little noise from neighbours, although the traffic on Peavine was close and could be intrusive when sitting out on the deck. Property was generously supplied with all basic household needs including shampoo, soap, washing powder, kitchen towel etc. The few times we needed to contact Elizabeth we were answered promptly and helpfully. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would not hesitate to book again if circumstances allow us to do so.

The property is nice and clean. Very well stocked with towels,blankets& pillows. The kitchen was very well supplied. Over all quiet neighborhood and pleasant stay.

Great place to getaway with friends to go to the worlds longest yardsale. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was a convenient location to stores and restaurants.
