Be the hero of everyone's morning by preparing an omelet breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, and plenty of space for food preparation on the granite countertops. Enjoy your meal at the 4-person dining table adjacent to the kitchen or bring it to the outside to dine al fresco on the lanai. This corner condo is located on the ground-floor of the luxurious Mahana at Kaanapali complex. You have access to a multitude of fantastic community amenities including a pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts, grills, beach access, and more. There is also an activities desk and concierge if you are looking for some recommendations on activities or places to eat!

While you're still on mainland time, drive just under 2 hours to watch the sunrise from the Haleakalā (East Maui Volcano) Crater. The Keonehe'ehe'e (sliding sands) Trailhead will take you on a fantastic trek around this state park where you will witness fantastic views of the island and learn about the natural environment.

If you're interested in angling in your dinner, make the 15-minute trek to sail out with Die Hard Sport Fishing. Captain Fuzzy and his crew are a group of no nonsense fishermen that are out there to make sure you reel in one of the beautiful mahi-mahi, tuna, and wahoos that populate the coast. Fish Maui is another excellent option if you're looking for a more lax fishing experience on the water!

Drive 12 minutes to play a game of golf at the Kapalua Golf The Plantation Course. This northern island course is a consistent host of PGA tournaments and offers 18-holes of championship-level golf with stunning views of the Kahauiki Gulch! The Ka'anapali Golf Course is a bit closer if you're looking for a change of scenery.

Other options for activities on the island include whale watching from mid-December to the end of March, scuba diving the reef, and exploring Old Lahaina Town. There are a variety of unique art galleries surrounding the town if you'd like to purchase a souvenir!

    We have stayed in this unit 3 other times and we have really enjoyed the views from this unit. This time was a completely different story. We arrived with construction equipment directly in front of are main windows and blocking all views from our patio. Not only was our view obstructed but there was construction materials and trash in flower beds and in patio area. The first few days they had our access from patio to beach and pool area caution taped off .. There was no notification of any construction to take place in front of this unit prior to arrival. Communication on our previous trips was great. I talked with the construction manager on site and he told us that they notified the owner prior to this work, which I believe we should of been notified prior to our arrival. When you can’t even sit out on the patio and enjoy the view while eating a meal or just relaxing. This is why we have continued to return to this unit. I reached out to the local contact for the unit and he denied knowing of construction going on but would reach out to the owner to see if they would be willing to discount our stay. Never heard back from anyone. We also found out that unit is up for sale so I would recommend staying away from this unit, no quarantine what might happen during the sale of the unit. It’s so unfortunate you pay top dollar to go and relax and it turns out to be a complete disappointment due to lack of communication. Hopefully the new owners treat there clients differently !!!!

    Condo is right on the beach with great access to the waves! Close to pool and nice sands down to the left a short walk. Great sunsets! Well appointed, comfortable, clean with water toys. Parking close to condo. Definitely recommend and would like to return.

    The condo itself is in a great location. It’s very spacious and has everything you need. However, they have several units all around the condo that are being renovated. They start working around 8:00 am and you can hear hammering and drilling all day. You will hear the construction from the unit and at the pool. Your best bet to get away from the noise is to head to the beach. I wish the property management company would have been upfront about the construction. We never would have stayed there if they had informed us. When I messaged them to let them know, they said they were unaware. If they are managing the property, it’s their job to know. It’s kind of hard to miss if you pull into the parking lot. Before you book this unit I would ask them if there is still work being done and get their answer in writing. Loved the location, hated the noise.

    The property and the room are very well kept. The room itself is so spacious and being on the ground level makes it steps away from the beach and pool. The property manager, Charles, is amazing to work with. He was able to accommodate a time that worked very well for us to check in and check out. The only thing I would have to mention is that there is a beach shower in front of this unit as well. So sometimes there will be other guests right in front of the unit rinsing off, so opening up all the blinds could be a little awkward. Otherwise, the property is not overly crowded and it was very quiet and relaxing.

    Great condo, reasonably equipped, beautiful views and great location, close to pool and beach access. High quality linens and towels. Great response from on site manager. Wish we had been informed about the major renovation underway in the adjacent building in advance of booking. There was jack hammering going on daily from 9am to 4pm during work week…very noisy and not at all peaceful when lying at pool or beach.

    Beautiful location and views. Great condo and reasonably equipped. Saw whales every day. Rental manager very responsive . Only negative was that major renovation is underway at condo complex. Jack hammering occurred each day Monday thru Friday . Very noisy when at the pool and beach. Should have been disclosed up front.

    After a week in Oahu with a little too much rain, we arrived to a beautiful sunny week in Maui. This condo is perfect. The photos do not lie - you are 30 yds from the ocean with the island of Lanai to the left and Molokai to the right. One can sit on the covered patio and watch surfers trying to catch a wave and latter on in the afternoon whales jumping in the distance. The beach in front of the condo is a little rocky but walk just to the south is a long stretch of sandy beach. There is lots of room inside the condo with the Hawaiian style furniture in excellent shape. The condo also has sufficient cleaning supplies and lots of towels and outside toys. Numerous games, puzzles and books are available for any days it rains. There is a food store within walking distance for all your food and drink requirements. For restaurants - Dukes is located in resort to south - easy walk thru gate (reservations were booked to Feb but an hour wait list will get you in. Also one of best pizza restaurants is located in food store mall plus numerous food trucks are located in the park at entrance (italian and bbq were the best). This week was well worth the cost (to save $ book thru Evolve Property Management not VRBO). Charles our guest contact was excellent - any request or question we had was immediately answered - this helped make the week more enjoyable. We definitely recommend this condo - we want to come back!

    This condo is beautiful, roomy and comfortable, exactly as described. Absolutely stunning views of whales breaching and turtles swimming. Because it is ground floor there are often other guests visible from the lanai, but the location is so convenient to the pool and the beach. We enjoyed our stay here very much!
