Lagoon Tower! Family Friendly Resort! Beautiful Hilton Condo On Waikiki Beach!

Great place with a stunning view. Easy walking distance to the entire Hilton village.

Wonderful clean and roomy condo

The property was great and the condo was clean and all the staff were very friendly. However, the weak experience got overshadowed by the checkout process. Horrible planning by the resort - they insisted eveyone check out at 10am, even those staying longer - they had to check out and check back into another room. So it meant hundreds of people were attempting to take 3 elevators - the same 3 the maid carts were also using. It was impossible to go down and you had to catch an up elevator to get down. It took my family of 5 an hour to finally get us all down. We had to go one by one on whatever space we could cram into! It was too much.

The property is beautiful, and the room fits the description. The view is a partial view of the ocean and the hotel tower across from the 15th floor. The sunsets and sunrises were quiet and beautiful. There were a few issues. Cleanliness, the room is a standard suite with all the basic necessities, but it could have been cleaner. We unplugged the bidet cause it was dirty and unsanitary. Yet, there was no one to complain to cause there was no housekeeping. There was only a skeleton crew that would restock towels and supplies on the 12th floor for each person to get on their own. Basically, the hotel staff was on strike, protesting from 7am to 10pm, every single day!

Loved being next to the harbor for sunrise and sunset walks! The beach is very rocky but the lagoon and pools give a nice option other than the beach! Shopping and restaurants are right beside the resort. Overall we loved our stay! My only issue was the room said it was ocean view and in view of Diamond Head, but that was not the case.

We had a great time. The view over the harbor was great and we had plenty of space. Resort parking is pricy, but convenient.

Overall 5 stars. I would recommend this to families and would absolutely stay again. We loved the resort, especially the Lagoon Pool. The bell desk staff, the waiters/waitresses, and housekeeping were the embodiment of aloha. But a couple of things to know before you go. The front desk staff were a little difficult. It took asking for things (towels, sheets) multiple times and many hours to get them. Tough when you have cranky kids that just want to sleep but don't have sheets. The suite was huge, but it required one or two people sleeping on the pull out couch to sleep 6. That was in the listing and I overlooked it, no fault to the owner. We stayed 7 nights, but housekeeping only was paid for one cleaning. It was fine, we had everything we needed to cook and clean (dishes, fridge, dishwasher). And they will pick up trash regularly. The extras can get pricey (parking, renting water equipment). I highly recommend getting groceries off property if you are staying for more than a couple of nights. There are stores on property but they are more than off property.

I think we had a great stay. HHV is very convenient and everything you need is right there on property. The one thing I would say about this property is the master bedroom needs a new mattress. This one is like sleeping on the box spring itself.

I am so happy to have found this listing. The view was to die for. The amenities were amazing A+. The staff at the Hilton hotel was absolutely fabulous. Our stay was short of nothing. I have already shared this listing with many of our friends and family because they loved our posts on social media with all the videos and pictures I posted. Very great location easy to walk to down to Waikiki. We will be back!
