Lae Nani 312, Oceanfront, AC,Tropical Bliss, Steps to Beach and Town

Everything about this place is practically perfect. If the owner sees this nit, please discard the broken beach chairs in the closet; they are hazardous. But otherwise, this place is a gem. Rare to have air conditioning and we didn't always use it but once in a while and in the bedroom - heaven. The view, the easy access to both pool and ocean - we will be back for sure.

Fantastic views, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with appliances, convenience items, books, games and beach stuff. The second full bath was a big plus. Would highly recommend

Wonderful apartment in beautiful peaceful setting so close to the water. Loved walking out the patio door barefoot on the grass and down to the beach to swim/snorkel. Lots of restaurants and shops within 10 min walk was very convenient.

There was a lawn in front of us which was great for our grandchildren who were in another condo on the property. Our condo was fully furnished. The staff were very helpful in answering any questions. A big yes for this property.

Very well kept and cozy condo in a beautiful complex along the ocean. Clean and well maintained , very responsive management, thoughtful amenities . Walk out patio to a lush green lawn and sandy beach. Perfect for a small family like ours. Thank you !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Interesting (scary) and unexpected occurrence with a faulty oven/range. Property manager was remarkably quick to respond, sending an electrician to make safe, then had it replaced and installed within 24 hours with a new unit (one of four on the island I am told). She even supplied a two-burner hotplate just in case. Screen door was repaired on the same day when we called to report it was difficult to open/close. The mattress and pillows are ready to be replaced. The master shower mixing valve needs a plumber's attention soon. The floor under the glass table is scratched up from the chair legs. An awesome pool and very well- kept grounds. A wonderful coral sand beach.

We loved our time at this condo. Everything we needed was provided. Clean, great location and the best ocean view! Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week, great location close to everything you need on the island. This is a central location to most of Kauai so it’s about an hour drive each way to the end of the roads. We enjoyed the view off the ground floor patio, of the waves crashing into the beach. Short walk to coconut marketplace with food, groceries, shave ice and shopping. Highly recommend this condo.

Lovely beachfront unit, well stocked with dishes and cooking items (pots, pans, etc)

Me and my wife chose this location for our honeymoon and it was so wonderful. We loved every second of this trip. We want to come back again with our kids . This was so amazing and there is nothing I would change about it. Thank you so much for everything!!

Wake up a beautiful view of the ocean, close to everything on the island, within walking distance to coconut village shopping great stores to shop in, great array of places to eat. Had a wonderful time.
