This 1 bedroom plus open loft, 2 bathroom upstairs unit is located centrally

in a quiet forest setting. It is a short walk to the Old Mammoth downtown

where there is shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, movie

theater and the bowling alley. Convenient access to two shuttle lines where

the free bus can take you anywhere throughout town. The community offers a

quiet wooded neighborhood, with great complex amenities including an outdoor

pool (Summer only), year-round hot tub, sauna, tennis court (Summer only) and

public BBQ area complete with picnic tables and game of horseshoes. The unit

itself provides a cozy mountain retreat where you can enjoy a wood burning

fireplace. The master bedroom on the main level offers a Queen bed and access

to a jack-and-jill full bathroom with tub-shower combo. The loft area is a

kids dream with Twin over double bunk beds, and an additional Queen bed.

fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and bar stool

seating. The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa to all cozy up

together and either enjoy the fireplace, or catch a game or movie on the large

flatscreen Smart TV. There is a small private deck off the living room. This

unit is very close to the common area amenities within the complex. All guests

receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy

facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,

yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6

people, comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking or pets are

permitted. There are approx. 15 stairs to this upper level unit and 2 levels

inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is
