Perfect entertaining showpiece. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, but really better for power couple or single because of the configuration. Families welcome, of course.

You will have access to the entire apartment. This spread across 3 floors + arooftop deck. This apartment has a beautiful modern staircase that runs up through the unit. To access your private rooftop deck we have a safety ladder/steps with railing for you to climb up and overlook Hollywood.

Furniture may vary slightly from photographs. Due to the nature of hosting - on occasion items get damaged and we replace them. We try to replace them as close as possible to the prior piece but due to availability it may slightly vary. We appreciate your understanding!
No parties, which means a gathering of more than 10 people on the property.
We adhere strictly to LA law, which means no amplified music or noise which would disturb neighbors after 10pm. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and forfeiture of the security deposit, we strictly enforce this.
