La jolla excellence Ocean front condo in Rosarito Beach

Condo needs some upgrades to living room, dining room. Location is great. Please check air conditioners, did not cool.

The ocean view from the balcony was amazing except strong afternoon sun. Security team was polite and helpful. The unit was clean but the smell was not good. We open all windows and turn on all ceiling fans first few hours. Their private beach was nice and quiet.

Loved the accommodations. Beautiful condo with all the amenities. We had a spectacular view of the ocean and we were close to town to enjoy the fun part of the town

Everything was excellent, Host was very receptive answered quickly. Security extra tight. Great place, highly recommend. Newer building.

Great time at this rental. It’s simple but clean. No complaints. The coffee maker is a Keurig which isn’t specified. Also you may want to bring extra soap for the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We felt very safe, there was security all over the place, underground parking, and friendly staff. When we had small issues they were taken care of immediately. Communication could take a little bit because it was mostly done through text however all was taken care of. We would def stay here again!!

The property was clean and nice and have no issue with that. We went to Rosarito Beach Mexico to see a friend who had come from England to see his friends. We were two couples along with another 5 people in two different condos. My problem started with the lack of consideration of the owner to allow one of my friends who had come from Orange County CA to visit us and the rest of my friends for a couple of hours was denied. I plead to the security guard and owner to give him a chance to go to the restroom before he pees in his pants. We were told there is no guest or visitation allowed. After 15 minutes of talking to the guard, he allowed my friend to come to our condo and had to leave in one hour. The online for the property says a maximum of 6 people and we were only 4. Online statement: Max guests: 6 (sleeps up to 6 adults). If I knew about this policy, I would not have gotten the condo.

Place was clean and secure with great views. Only thing was the line of communication. With it only through the app it did take a bit longer for a response. Overall great stay and would definitely book again.

We have a very nice time here fully recommended . Just a meter of communication between owner and property employees. Will make things even easier for renters.
