La Cassita Beautiful Condo WOW!!!!

Property has easy access to the strip!

Price, parking, location were pluses.

Very loud due to main local street from early morning to even after mid night. Basically no responses and replies from this owner for email and message, needed to call this owner to get any answers.

Everything was good.

Leo was very helpful checking in. I will stay again.

The funiture was dated and should be replaced. Very limited dishes and glassware.A couple of windows looked like they were falling out of their frames.Single pane windows meant you could hear all the traffic noise. Cable tv was not working. Arrived after dark and was difficult to find the unit as there were no house numbers that we could see.Friendly residents helped us locate the unit. On the positive, beds were very comfortale, showers were good and location was good.

This place was great. Little run down, but it has everything you need. Great option for the price they're charging. Road noise was pretty loud, but ear plugs solved that issue for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again

Most everything work as it should, didnt have rote for master bedroom tv, pretty much only thing that wasnt as it should be, had some issues getting in, but contacted host immediately responded and got us in

Cheap place to stay, but it needs some work. The kitchen lights don’t work. The smaller bedroom overhead lights don’t work. The master bathroom fan doesn’t work. The led lights don’t turn off in the living room. There are several holes in the walls. The worst thing though is the noise. This is located right next to a busy roadway. The door and windows all have gaps, so you hear loud traffic sounds ALL the time. Plan to bring earplugs if you stay here. One the plus side, the pillows and bath towels were nice.

Condo is near Chinatown tons of restaurants 10min from Mandalay Bay. No contact with host. Strong bug spray smell. Overall decent stay. Quiet but very close to strip. Would book again.

Decent place to stay. Very convenient to the strip and the arts district, with a dedicated parking spot. The apartment itself has some flaws, and there’s traffic noise, but the place was clean and had everything we needed. I’d stay here again.

Place was close to where we needed to be but alao close to the strip.

There were some noticeable differences from the first time stay a year previously. Felt safe tho one of the burners on electric stove didn’t operate. I still would stay again but would like things to be touched up.

Holes in the walls, couch was warn, bird crap all over the rails an floor on the balcony, pots and pans were dirty and really worn out. The pool wasnt available for guests, door knob did not lock just the deadbolt.

Was good. Little wear and tears but all minor to the property. Wifi was a bit hit and miss also which was quite annoying. Everything else was standard. No complaints

Others have mentioned it in their reviews. The place is 'ok' if you're needing to crash or in a budget. It's not a super place, it's fair. We had no Internet while there which makes watching TV and surfing impossible. The work on the house needs to be completed: there's holes in the wall, flooring is separating, transitions are terrible from room to room. The glitch is adequate and the rooms are fine, nothing to excitedly say, Look where I'm staying in Vegas!!!”.. it's all 2nd floor with electric door for coming/going. The front door has about 0.5-0.75 gap at the bottom which we had a bee enter needing to be dispatched. Just saying this place needs fixing up but if you're on a budget yet remain relatively close to the strip then maybe this fits your search. The 2nd bedroom is near the street and could hear cars all night so I wore noise-cancelling headphones. But the bed was comfortable for me. Decor is kooky but didn't matter to us as we were there for work. About 12min drive to the strip. Parking is fine. Not many restaurants immediately (walking) distance but several within a few miles drive.Water and showers worked, AC was cold (thankful in Aug) and overall gave it 4 stars.

This listing uses very outdated photos or photo shopped photos. When you walk in it smells like Motel 6 (iykyk), there are holes in the walls, it's not sanitary, there are very few amenities and what they do have are gross. We didn't use a single thing in the kitchen except for a bowl we washed ourselves. It's in a sketchy area of town and there are bars on the windows accessible from outside. Some of the windows DO NOT LOCK! The smoke detector is broken? The insides are completely exposed and the cover is half there? The furniture is torn and not comfortable. The lighting is terrible. We did not feel safe in this APARTMENT, it is not a condo by any means.

Unit was not filthy but, not really clean either. I spent the first few hours sanitizing the unit and bedding before we felt comfortable staying there.

I like how roomy it was, how the bedrooms were apart, and how quiet and private the condo seemed despite the busy main street. I told everyone about it since I enjoyed it so much. :)

It was good just to go to sleep and change clothes. Spent most of the time on the strip

The property was perfect for us. It could use some TLC (holes in the wall, door handle issues), but it was super clean and advertised appropriately. It is right next to a busy road and it’s LOUD, so if quiet is important to you, this probably isn’t the one. Really great property for the price!

Could not find the place due to the incorrect address on Vrbo email , contacted the owner for the right one, nice table but old / dumpy cabinets and furniture, kitchen faucet is loose and swivels at the base, apartment is located facing the main street so it is noisy due the single pane windows and one of them has a broken frame so it stays open, front door bottom gasket is partially missing that can allow pests to enter, also noticed that the air vents has bird feathers stuck in the grills, bathroom exhaust fans weren’t working, one was unplugged and the other has a burnt out motor, I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed

Nice, previous person there left cigars all around the apartment. Some of the dishes were dirty. Other than that it wasn’t anything but a good time. Quiet homey place to stay. Would stay again

Close to the strip for a great price. The showers have solid water pressure and it was the perfect place to stay after hours at conventions.

No complaints about our stay. Just a little TLC would go a long way to boost ratings. The sound of traffic does take some getting used to but eventually you do grow numb to it.

The owner had excellent communication And the apartment was very clean.

Was in town for a week to help my lady transition from AZ needed a quick place outside of an hotel to have a home feel. It provided just that. Initially some reviews may scare ppl off but we had no issues at all. The location is off of a busy street front and center. So that is something if you’re looking for silence. It’s local to places and has parking available. I would rent again for sure.
