Stayed Oct 2, 2025Good location to get to LV attractions. Clean apartment. No washcloths, no bathroom hand soap. No dishwasher or dishwashing soap, no kitchen towels. Outside front area could be power washed but was ok.

Stayed May 11, 2023The place was very clean and not the far from the strip. But the owner is very inconsiderate. He wouldn’t give me the code to get into the property till we got thereWhen we arrived no communication from Vargas. Vrbo helped us out. Don’t rent from him.

Stayed Dec 3, 2022The rental is a good value and was very clean. The neighbors have a barking dog that woke us up at 5 am or earlier each day, not the hosts problem but still an issue.
