This explanation may help since Honua Kai can be confusing. The construction of the Luana Townhouses is 100% complete, Honua Kai is now 700 individually owned condominiums that belong to a Homeowners Association. Honua Kai is not a hotel. Every owner chooses to either use the onsite management which is now Outrigger or they choose an outside rental company (ORC). Outrigger is not the Resort they're just the onsite managment company. Now they own the front desk area and some other areas at Honua Kai, but all guests have access to the pools, restaurant, stores, Spa, fitness center and concierge


Please take a look at our photos and you'll see that they are actual pictures of the unit and upon your arrival you will say that the pictures do not do this place justice. Also, know that this unit has the highly desirable 1,315 sq. ft. floorplan. If you want to make your trip special this is the unit for you.


UPON DEPARTURE YOU LEAVE YOUR KEYS ON THE COUNTER AND GO.

-With us you rent unit Konea 703, you don't rent a category and find out what you get when you arrive at the front desk. With us you get actual pictures of the unit and the actual view from the unit.

-Free Internet Resort Wide

-No worrying about when the maid service is going to interrupt your day since we don't offer housekeeping.

-We personally see that this unit is cleaned to our high standards.

-Use of swimming pool, exercise room, and concierge service. We also provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, paper products and binoculars.

-Charge all resort costs on your credit card.

-Our Aloha Welcome Package which includes coffee K-pods, Chilled Champagne, Hawaiian Chocolates, Terra Pure Green Tea Shampoo and Soaps.

-- We take your stay personally, so anything that comes up, we will do our best to take care of it. We want you happy and we want you back!

-We are fortunate to Live Aloha everyday and our goal is for our guests to Live Aloha while they are our guests. Whether it's just another trip to Maui or the only trip you'll ever take to Maui, our mission is to make it special.


The bellmen are all real good guys that work hard that are ready to assist you with your luggage up to the unit.


Currently self and valet parking are free. (subject to change) Only one car per unit is allowed in the underground parking garage. This is subject to change.

    We absolutely loved this place! The room was spacious, and the view was incredible—you really can’t beat it. It felt quiet and private, and we enjoyed having breakfast outside while taking it all in.We stayed with our 4-year-old and 15-year-old, and both of them loved the pool and being less than a five-minute walk from the beach. Having the beach so close made it super easy to pop back for a midday nap if needed.The carpet was soft, plush, and spotless—a refreshing change from typical hotel carpets. The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and bug-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a washer and dryer with plenty of space was a huge bonus—I definitely could have packed less!We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs and a boogie board. The only minor thing I’d note is that the sunshade umbrella is small and not ideal for windy days, so you might consider bringing your own or buying one while on the island.Overall, this rental made our Maui trip easy, comfortable, and unforgettable. Highly recommend!

    This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom property is on the top floor of the Konea tower and is located closest to the ocean with a direct view of the pools and spectacular sunsets. The property is well maintained and an excellent choice to stay at for a discerning traveler. Joe was excellent to work with and the pride of ownership is evident.

    This condo is wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. I loved this property - it feels like a resort (and there was a waterslide) but you have all the amenities of a condo. If I come back to Maui, I will stay here again.

    This was the second place we stayed on Maui and it was the best! The owners have thought of everything, from beach chairs and umbrella, coffee pods, all kitchen and bathroom needs, arrival champagne and chocolate! Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Two masters made it perfect for two couples traveling together. Having Dukes on site was wonderful takeout meals. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the lanai every night we were there! Joe was very responsive. Would definitely book again.

    The condo is beautiful. The view it was amazing!! Everyday we saw so many whales playing all day. Tons of baby whales with their mom's. The furniture was upscale you can tell the owners took great care to select the very best. The kitchen completely stocked you could cook anything you want they thought of everything. Nice to have washer and dryer. Closet full of beach chairs etc. Beds were super comfy. I am picky and I found nothing wrong with the condo. Wishing everyone happy stays in Maui. Check in super easy with bellman. They are super nice. You can let them take your car or park in the underground parking. Never had a problem finding a parking spot at all Joe the owner was wonderful. He was available by text and answered right away. You definitely cannot go wrong with this condo. It is perfect.
