KONEA 503-Huge Ocean Views-Complimentary Champagne-2 bed/2 Bath with Great Rates

This is our second time staying at one of Joe’s properties and cannot say enough good things about the experience. The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property’s pools were perfect for our family and we loved having Duke’s nearby. But honestly, the view is the real highlight! I could sit on that lanai all day. We saw several whales during our trip and the sunsets were gorgeous. Joe was a responsive host and made the check in and check out processes seamless. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything top notch - great unit, great property, great location, great host!

The lanai view is worth the price of admission, especially during whale season. The condo was clean, very well kept, and kitchen was well appointed. The owner was very communicative/responsive. Our stay was perfect. We'll try to stay in this unit again - it's such a beautiful spot on the property.

This property and the resort is outstanding. One of my pet peeves went you rent a condo is that the owner doesn't stock it well for the week you are there. That was not the case here. We had plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, etc., plus beach chairs, Boggie boards, sand toys, a cooler, and snorkel equipment. We so appreciate all of these touches that helps to make vacation more enjoyable. Honua Kai is a beautiful, well-maintained resort and the grounds and pools are immaculate. Duke's is on the property and has wonderful beach views. You can also order food and drinks from them poolside. There is a small convenience store on site if you need anything or want a coffee, snack, or smoothie. You have great views of the ocean and pools from the balcony. Honestly, the property pics don't do this place justice. Joe was quick to answer our questions and easy to work with. Book this place - you won't regret it.

Joe’s place is fantastic and as pictured. Honua Kai is the perfect blend of resort feel with the convenience of more space and a full kitchen that was well stocked for a reasonable price. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pools, had lunches and drinks from Duke’s while poolside under cabanas. There is a great little stand across from Duke’s with equipment rentals if needed though Joe had a couple snorkel masks, sand toys, chairs and boogie boards. We would absolutely come back and stay again!

The resort area was perfect, great swimming and easy snorkeling right off the beach. Unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

My family had an amazing Spring break trip at this property. The views were spectacular. We saw whales breaching and waving their tales in the morning from the deck. The resort amenities are great for all ages. The pool and ocean water temps were perfect. We went snorkeling right from the resort and saw sea turtles within the first 5 mins as well as eel and many tropical fish. It was the perfect vacation. Joe was easy to communicate with and very responsive with clear directions. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

We spontaneously decided to visit Maui and planned everything pretty last minute but was so very happy to find to find this gem. The property was beautiful, updated, well kept. My kids (ages 6 & 12) loved the pools, the slide and the beach. There was ton of animal activity from turtle to sea monks, it was so awesome to experience. Our condo was properly stocked with everything you could possibly need from all kitchen supplies to beach supplies. We loved sharing our meals on the gorgeous balcony. We saw so much whale activity from there. The master bedding was very comfortable. I will note the other room appears to be two twin mattresses pushed together which we found to be a bit uncomfortable and hard. Other than that, everything was fabulous. There is a restaurant on the property that is beach front, walking distance to an awesome food truck lot, grocery store and other restaurants. There is a shop on the property with basic necessities. We loved this property and would highly recommend returning.

Host was super communicative from the start. Property was undergoing renovations and he updated us every step of the way. Responses were prompt and thorough. Property was clean, spacious and had amazing views. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this property. The view was amazing, the beds were very comfortable and having a full kitchen was convenient.

We were familiar with the resort as we had stayed there before, but it had been several years, and nice to see everything was as nice or improved in that time. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. No problems at all. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for us and we loved the lanai for breakfasts and magnificent sunsets. We hope to be back next year!!

The unit is fabulous. Clean and well-furnished with all the amenities we needed. The view from the lanai is incredible! The resort is also fantastic - great pools, a convenience store, and Duke’s restaurant for meals. We loved our week there so much.

Room is as described, views were amazing. Location was great. Only stuck my feet in the pool once but seemed to have many people enjoying the pools. Stayed in the bed offically 3 days as there were so much going on.. each of those days my spouse and i woke up with bites . Im hoping it wasnt bedbugs

This condo is really all you could ask for - amazing view and spacious, clean room!! We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!! I will have dreams of that view for a long time ! And Joe was really great to work with - always quick to answer questions.

We were here for the last of three island stays on a 12 night vacation and wish we were at this spot longer. The property, though still under renovations for obvious reasons, was great. The rooms super clean and a nice, large, common space. Great amenities, close to good food and not far from many great excursions. Great stay and we will return!
