Stayed Jul 9, 2023The property is right next to a small sandy beach which is nice. In the condo with all the doors closed you can hear the waves crashing so it was hard to sleep for a light sleeper.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We had a great stay! The listing was very accurate and check-in was simple. The location is fantastic — being able to listen to the ocean at night and having direct ocean access was a real highlight. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues with bugs or outside noise. Parking was easy and convenient. The only small improvement would be cleanliness in the kitchen and main living area, which could have been a bit more thorough. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Kona area!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. Clean condo with every amenity we could possibly need. Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkel equipment. Excellent location in between 2 beaches within walking distance. There is also a restaurant/bar attached to the condo building with great food and a local favorite to watch the sunset. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our condo view. Amazing! We saw whales and dolphins from our window also! Would highly recommend this place! Aloha!

Stayed Jan 4, 2025Having the ocean right smack infront of the condo was amazing! Did not spend any time in the area of the condo as we toured all over the island. Was centerally located for all directions. Great to wake up to the ocean and fall asleep with the sound of the waves!

Only a one minute walk to magic sands beach, where we were lucky enough to swim with dolphins and spot sea turtles. The room had everything we needed and the bed was extra comfortable. I would stay again here in a heart beat and recommend this to anyone coming to Kona

The view was amazing, the beach next door was beautiful and there was plenty of beach gear provided to keep us occupied all week. We did not use the pool or bbq, but would definitely recommend the beach shack and restaurant next door. Overall would stay here again!
