Kona Isle C28. Corner Unit, 2nd Floor, Ocean Views, & Air Conditioning!

Nice spacious condo with tasteful island decor. Full kitchen with washer and dryer (very handy). Clean, no island critters were seen inside. Comfortable bed and linens. Great shower and drainage. Breakfast on the lanai watching the waves break on the shore was great. Better ocean view than what is depicted in the pictures. Free designated parking space included with condo rental. Public saltwater pool next to the building. Quiet area. Short drive to Kona or take the tram that stops nearby. Conveniently located between each end of the island.

Location

The space was clean, welcoming and cozy. We enjoyed the friendly community of the building and the staff were helpful and responsive. The pool was perfect and there was hardly anyone in the pool so we pretty much had it to ourselves. The coastline on the property was the perfect spot to listen to the waves while watching the sunset at the end of the day.

We love this property! This is our 3rd time staying at Kona Isle. It’s very well maintained and quiet. The location is ideal and right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets.

Management was great and making sure we had everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Great location for going out and exploring the island. We will be back hopefully soon.

The sunset view from the beach area was great. It was very relaxing to sit and hear the waves crash on the rocks as the sun goes down. This was the best part! The property is older and outside is well maintained. Pool is simple but clean, provided noodles for floating. Nice to have a designated parking spot. Unit was on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and a corner unit-best thing going for it. It needs TLC. It could be amazing with some maintenance and updating. Has an a/c unit in the living room only and lots of fans, which took time, but did cool the unit down for sleeping. Provided beach chairs-BUT they are old, rusted and ripped. Umbrella doesn't have a cover. Stove is old and rusted on the drawer, cabinets are chipped. Baseboards are rough-need painting or replacing. Worst part was dishes were not clean! Had to wash before using. Would help to have a dishwasher to be sure things are cleaned between guests. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai (doesn't match the picture) The property manager pushed to welcome us- not necessary.

After flying for 24 hours, checkin could not have been easier. Condo was as advertised and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in which we love . Small beach chairs we super handy for beach excursions as well as beach towels and snorkeling equipment… small cooler and cold bag worked great for the beach as well

Wonderful quiet location with lots to offer and close to all our excursions. Super responsive host and helpful with getting around

We stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed the location and grounds. We enjoyed the beach area next to the ocean with the lounge chairs and bbq. It was a great area to watch the sunset. The other people staying in the complex were super friendly and we had great conversations one afternoon by the pool. The check-in process went flawlessly and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit itself had everything that we needed and the lanai had a great view of the pool and ocean.

Everything was as advertised! Sweet spot!

The property management team kept me well informed and offered assistance if needed. Easily got into our condo. Wonderful experience!

My husband and I loved this little condo! The location is fantastic, the view was amazing, loved the salt water pool, sitting in the sand watching the waves crashing on the rocks, the sunsets. The furniture and the bed were all very comfortable. It was handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. We will stay here again!

The location is awesome, walking is 1.5 miles from town, the condo has everything we needed, and a great welcome goodie bag with delicious coffee! The on-site office manager, Brian, was very friendly and helpful! The place is nice and quiet. There is a beautiful area to sit and BBQ if you like right at the water’s edge. The bed was comfortable but the best part was the balcony with the view of the ocean! We will definitely be back!
