Gracefully and attractively furnished - new kitchen, large living room with sofa-bed, dining for six, and a large private lanai featuring new patio furniture. Amenities include central air conditioning, walk-in shower, separate tub, and natural stone counters.

The view from the condo and Lanai is beautiful West Maui Mountains and gorgeous rainbows and peak of Ocean Views.

The sights from the resort are ever-changing - with sailboats, cruise ships, snorkelers, turtles, and sunbathers.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712% to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation. (Subject to change);

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.
One infant is allowed without additional fees.
