We really loved our stay at this property!

Nice, quiet area. Pool was freezing, and our “ocean view” was a slim view from the bedroom window. Living room furniture needs upgraded.

Very impressed with the care taken to keep everything so nice. The view of the ocean breathtaking! We spent many hours enjoying the beach! Be aware of the sea earchin, they are very beautiful but could hurt you, but the water is so crystal clear you have no problem seeing them. We were able to see so many beautiful fish and even got to watch some whales one evening! I would highly recommend a stay here!

The location is about 10 minutes outside of KONA and really close to everything. There is a comfortable living room; two good size bedrooms and comfortable beds and a fully working kitchen. The check in process was easy and overall the price was reasonable and fair for what was offered. There were two MINOR issues: a. There are beach items which of course is a luxury but they are old and poorly organized and kept and so I'm not that useful. B. In general the Kunstman staff were very responsive and thoughtful – however I was disappointed that when I was checking out I was asked to not leave a negative review or anything critical online and I think that is unfair pressure to the client and unfair on other travelers. Other than that my experience is excellent notwithstanding my note - I recommend the Kunstman team and the property and club and would love to stay again.

The community of townhomes here is quite, friendly, and abundant in things to do. Four days and three nights was not enough time to enjoy the things that are so close. Very clean and comfortable.

The rental was well-maintained. Communication was good. Location was great. Pool was so nice. Partial ocean views from the rental. I would definitely stay here again!

A very nice condo near Kailua-Kona. Well suited for 4 adults.
