Stayed Jul 11, 2025We loved this property! Our only complaint would be the master bed, as soon as you laid down you roll towards the middle. We tried 2 of the pools and the west boardwalk to the beach. The shuttle service was very easy to use. We also liked being able to sit out on the patio. We definitely plan on returning!

Stayed May 23, 2024We had a great family vacation at the Kiva Dunes condo. The golf course was outstanding and the condo was in a great location. We also enjoyed the beaches and pools. The condo was exactly as listed and well decorated. We would use it again!

Stayed Mar 11, 2024We loved the sunsets at night, the accessibility to the golf and clubhouse, the pool tram, the walks to the beach, and going into Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for excursions. The owner was an excellent communicator and the condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We will be back.
