Clean and good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Biggest issue was that the toilet did not flush properly and the shower water pressure was minimal. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the mountain and river view.

This was the perfect getaway. The views were incredible. We loved relaxing on the balcony. Great location, peaceful yet close to everything. Highly recommend!

Unit was clean and tidy, we had a great stay. There was a musty smell so we chose to open window instead of using a/c units. Facilities were clean and well maintained. I would recommend staying here.

This rental was perfect! Communication and check in directions were great. Rental was clean and comfortable. View was amazing! Indoor pool area was small and water was cold, but my daughter still enjoyed herself! Overall, we would definitely go back!

Just a few small things that were an inconvenience, The can opener was broken so we had to go purchase one. The batteries in one of the remotes in the bedroom were corroded, so the remote would not change channels etc, leaving the tv stuck on one channel. Also the slat system for the loft beds offers no support for a memory core mattress. If you sit/sleep no them, they just continue to compress all night( a lot of the slats seem to e separated from the webbing connecting them together.)Otherwise the room was quite nice

Very clean and functional condo unit. Nice main bedroom with comfortable bed. Nice view of Loon mountain. Good central location. Only complaint is a small one they need more comfortable chairs on deck.

The property was great. My kids loved having the loft area. The balcony had a great view. Behind the property was a great place to go swimming and explore the river. Property is close to many attractions in the area. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, close to Franconia Notch National Park and other attractions. We loved the deck with river sounds and the view of the ski slopes. Check in and check out processes were easy. The room had a few minor issues: fridge leaking water at the bottom, bathroom door did not lock (only bathroom available), several of the pillows were missing pillow cases. The area rugs were a bit stained and the bathroom one had dark, long hair stuck to it and around it (did not belong to us). The stove was dirty inside. These were mostly housekeeping issues and can be fixed. Overall though, we had a good stay and would likely stay again.
