Nice location condo clean

We had a wonderful stay at the Kingswood Cornerview Condo. It was a one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in, it smelt and looked so clean...there was not a dust bunny in sight. I really enjoyed how well equipped the kitchen was, it had all the appliances and items you needed to cook all the meals. I do want to note the following, the condo is in the middle of the complex, so you will need to walk just a little bit to get to the unit...we luckily brought a wagon to help us carry groceries and luggage to and from car to unit. The unit does not have AC, but they provided us with fans which was great and really helped cool down the place. The railing on the stairs and hallways are wide enough a little toddler could stick their head/body through and...well fall. So we improvised and baby proofed with items around the home...and it worked out...just an FYI for anyone traveling here with littles. Regardless we LOVED it here and would stay again in a heartbeat as it was so close to everything...4 min drive from the beach, gas, safeway. Perfect spot...we LOVED IT!

A little dated but overall, was nice. It needs a/c. Its too hot during the day to not have it.

Everything was as demonstrated in the description. Clean cozy mountain condo.

This home was spacious and comfortable for our stay. The provided amenities made our stay so much easier and more relaxing! Will definitely keep it in mind for any future travel plans to the area!

Except for one of my guests having their car hit in the complex parking lot , overnight. The facility was great. Close to everything and convenient. Thanks you

We enjoyed the property with 2 families staying together. The keys had to be picked up from Tahoe City rather than directly at the unit which was a little out of the way. Otherwise great family vacation rental.

Pros: well equipped kitchen, close to the lake, good for kids. Cons: This condo is on 3 floors with bedrooms spread across all 3. The insulation is so bad that if someone walks in the room above you it feels like the ceiling is going to fall through. The towels weren’t washed and smelled bad but luckily they had a washer dryer so we washed all the towels before use. Check out time is 10:00 am and check in is at 4:00pm. Never seen such an early check out. I called to extend the checkout but no one picked up and the cleaner was at the door at 10:15 am.

We loved how convenient this property was to the lake and dining. The condo is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is remodeled beautifully. We took long walks up the mountain and truly enjoyed the property. It was peaceful and quiet.

Had a great time here. Plenty of space. It's super clean and the kitchen is really easy to work in plus is has plenty of kitchenware to work with. Noise transfers easy through the house but other than that it's perfect. Easy 25 min walk to Kings Beach.
