Stayed Jul 3, 2024We booked the unit for 4th of July weekend and had the best time ever. The apartment is nicely furnished with kitchen amenities and all that you need for the weekend (including pool and shower towels). The location is right on the canal. There is a exit to the sidewalk that takes you to London bridge which is a 5 min walk max including all the restaurants and bars and also to the beach right out front. On this weekend the beach was packed with boats, but we managed to get a space at the beach next door. Plenty of parking for car and boats and elevator to take things up to the unit or staircase right next to the unit. Property manager was super communicative and helpful and we really had the best time. We are planning on going back to Havasu and renting this unit again! Highly recommended.
