Great stay, great location, well stocked, had a new grill on deck, lots of room, building has elevator so accessible, plenty of secure parking, very helpful & very responsive host, fair pricing. Had no issues whatsoever. Do not hesitate, will not be disappointed.

Awesome rental for a fair price. Owner was prompt with any questions and the unit was clean inside and had dishes for cooking. Super close to the beach. Thanks again!

We had a fabulous time! The unit was clean. The host was helpful. The kitchen was stocked. Access to parking, boat parking and the water were all great. The back patio was huge and awesome! We could see the bridge, the lake and parts of the river from the back deck. We didn’t have time to look at the pool tho. We will be back.

Great place

This condo was in a perfect location for our visit to Lake Havasu. The condo was clean and well stocked. The location, near the London Bridge, was great for walking, biking, a boat tour and renting a pontoon boat for the afternoon. Everything was within walking distance. We hope to return!

Bryant's condo was exactly what us retired Michiganders needed. We could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine along with a view of the London Bridge as the boats passed by. The condo was very clean, and had all the provisions needed for our stay. Would definitely stay there again if we travel out that way in the future.

Place was perfect for my family of 4. Everything was clean and close to everything. Walkable down to a beach in front of the condo. Can see London bridge and peekaboo views of the water from the 4th floor. Everything was great! Would stay again! You can hear people walking upstairs but other than that place was great!

First time in Havasu was amazing! Our stay at kings view made the experience a whole lot better
