Welcome to our family's newly rebuilt fun get-away condo at the beautiful GSP Resort. All furnishings and beds new September 2022. The GSP Resort is a gated, family oriented, vacation community offering 2000 feet of private, sugar-white beach frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Our 3rd floor condo has a beautiful direct Gulf view, 2 bedrooms ,(one king bed in master bedroom and one queen bed in guest bedroom ) and 2 full baths. RECLINER in living room. We are in the same building as the heated indoor pool, huge hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and steam room, a short walk from 2 outdoor pools and the boardwalk to the beautiful white sand BEACH!

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTERS -25 YEARS !

Large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ice-maker, dishwasher, 55 in flat screen TV in living area with DVD, cable , flat screen TV in Master BR with cable, flat screen TV in guest bedroom, ceiling fans in each bedroom and in main living area, Free wireless internet in condo. We have a small selection of books, videos and family board games provided for your family's enjoyment. We are situated directly across from lighted tennis and basketball courts and lighted shuffleboard and horseshoes area. There are shared credit card operated washers/dryers on the ground floor near elevator.

The renowned Kiva Dunes golf course is next door in walking distance.

The condo is located at the GSP Resort, with 24-hour
security, away from traffic and crowds, yet only 13 miles from Highway 59 where you'll
find tons of restaurants, and amusement parks. There is a huge outlet mall in nearby Foley.

Directions to the GSP Resort:

From I-65, take Exit 37 and travel south on Highway 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway) approximately 53 miles. After crossing the Dr. Holmes Bridge continue to the 4th traffic light and turn right onto Highway 180 West (Ft. Morgan Parkway). Travel 13 miles and the entrance to GSP Resort will be on your left.

From I-10, take Exit 44 and travel south on Highway 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway) approximately 27 miles. After crossing the Dr. Holmes Bridge continue to the 4th traffic light and turn right onto Highway 180 West (Ft. Morgan Parkway). Travel 13 miles and the entrance to GSP Resort will be on your left.

With a king and queen beds and pull out sofa sleeper this unit can accommodate 6 people (four adults and 2 children) to provide a wonderful family vacation on the Gulf of Mexico.

    Rick and Sue were excellent hosts! They provided us detailed instructions well ahead of time, and made sure all our questions were answered promptly. The condo was clean and matched the photos exactly - a very nice unit all around! We slept great in the comfortable king size bed, and really enjoyed the direct beach access, and the pools. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others. Thanks again!

    The property was nice and clean. We loved our stay. Thank you. No complaints but I will give a couple of suggestions. 1st. The dishwasher didn’t work very well. I had to hand wash them after using the dishwasher. I rinsed the dishes before putting them in as well. 2nd. The drain stopper in the master bath didn’t allow the water to drain good and the water would stand. 3rd. A vacuum is needed for the rug. Note. The heater was out on the hot tub in the pool area which was disappointing.

    Had a wonderful time at Fort Morgan! The condo was excellent, very clean and well organized. The property owners went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed for a great stay! I would highly recommend anyone to book this condo when in the Fort Morgan area!!

    Loved the location and all of the pool amenities! Our littles loved the pool with the one foot section for the kids. It was also great to have an ice cream and coffee place within walking distance! The condo had everything in it that we needed for the week!

    We really enjoyed our stay! Easy check in, Easy access to indoor pool and beach, and easy check out. We recommend eating at LuLus and we don’t recommend going to daulphin island by ferry unless you have 4 hrs to waste waiting on ferry travel… We recommend going to Pensacola Navel Museum and eating at Peg Leg Pete’s too while your there… Thank you, and we will definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay again!!
