Corner unit with lots of light and extra large deck. 3 minutes to the base lodges and walking distance to restaurants, bars and the Killington Market. GREAT LOCATION! Nice community. Parking right outside of front door. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

This Mountain townhouse end unit is a beautiful 3BR/3BA unit conveniently located off the Killington access road in the heart of the Green Mountains. The main floor is renovated with all new kitchen appliances, all new flooring, freshly painted and a fully stocked kitchen with all the culinary tools you need to cook & serve your gourmet meal. The main floor also has a large dining room table, spacious living room with bar, wood burning fireplace (with firewood provided at no charge), full bathroom, large entry way for gear and a 50 HD Smart TV. Upstairs are 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a tub and shower. The condo has high-speed wireless internet (1G service) and cable TV service in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances- stove/oven, fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker and dishwasher. It also has a microwave, toaster, pour over coffee machine, blender, dinnerware, glassware and commercial grade cookware and utensils. In-unit washer and dryer. Store you ski gear in the fully enclosed vestibule with 2 off street parking spaces right in front of the unit.

The condo is well-positioned, nestled in the woods for privacy -but just a 3 minute drive to the slopes. Or walk out your front door and in less than 1/2 mile you can be at Liquid Art, Casey's Caboose, Wobbly Barn, The Pickle Barrel and the Killington Market.

If you don't want to make the few minute drive to the mountain, walk out the door to the main road and grab a free weekend shuttle up to the base lodges!

• Our minimum rental age is 25.

• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings.

• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included) including the outdoor deck. You may only smoke outside the front door. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.

• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

• Fireworks are not permitted.

• This property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that results from the use of the ladder or bunk beds.

Killington and the Green Mountains offer year round activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Skiing, riding, tubing, ice skating, mountain biking, zip lining; kayaking, golfing, river tubing and hiking are but some of the many outdoor activities in and around Killington. Killington is also less than 30 minutes to many great towns such as Okemo/Ludlow, Woodstock; Plymouth; Pittsfield; Rutland & Waitsfield.

    This property was perfect for our ski weekend—minutes to the mountain, restaurants, and a grocery store, well appointed, comfortable, with a great fireplace and well stocked kitchen. We would stay there again.

    Such a greatly designed condo for a ski weekend. Great location , rooms were great size and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving. Peter and he host was very accessible and highly communicative. We will def stay here again!

    We traveled in early February for a team building work trip. The house is very clean, modern, and cozy with some old ski town charm. The house is well appointed with everything you need. The fireplace was the highlight!! The one thing I would suggest are two cozy chairs in the living room to add more seating and comfort in front of the fire. The location is killer too, right in the center of the action, very close to the mountain and night life. The owner is very responsive and communicates well. We will definitely book this house again in the future. If you're thinking of booking this property, do it! You won't be disappointed.

    This property is tucked away in a wonderful location within walking distance to many of Killington's staple restaurants, stores and entertainment. The property is perfect for small groups looking to spend most of their time on the mountain. It has everything you need to get by. We had zero claims for property management and communication with the host was quick and easy.
