Our condo is located on the Killington Access road and is a few minutes away from the Killington Mountain Base lodge and chairlifts and various parking lots. The Killington Bus Shuttle stops off at our complex every hour and takes those without a car or those looking to start early to the mountain. Our condo is a 3 room suite with 2 full baths, 1 half bath close to 1400 square feet. We are within a 2 minute drive to some of the best restaurants (The Foundry Restaurant and North Star Loungeis within walking distance) and ski shops that Killington has to offer. In fact, surefoot ski boot store and the backcountry breakfast and lunch cafe are located on our property. If you don't feel like driving, there are 6 restaurants and bars ranging from 2 minutest to 20 minutes walking distance on the cleared access road walk way. Take your pick of The backcountry Cafe, The Foundry, Ipie Pizzeria, Jax Food & Games, The Garlic and the world famous Pickle Barrel Nightclub.
Our condo is newly renovated and includes the following:
Master Bedroom has en suite bathroom, new Smart Samsung TV, Wi-Fi and a new washer & dryer. Master Bedroom also has a large closet as well as a separate entrance and ski racks.
The middle unit has its own entrance, the master bathroom, a connecting door to access the master bedroom, a new 50” 4K smart SamsungTV, Wifi, art work, dining area with a dining table comfy seating for 6 and island bar seating for 3 which makes a great entertaining area. The living room has a brand new as of April 2025 England brand love seat and full couch that is also a sleeper pull out. The sliding glass door opens to an outside deck that has Adirondack furniture and a small table and benches . A chic modern kitchen and stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster and dishwasher.
The second bedroom has its own bathroom, 50” smart TV, coffee maker, two full-size beds and its own separate entrance.
We have Resort Lock brand brushed nickel keyless entry locks for all three unit doors. Two dumpsters are located a one minute walk from the outside of the condo and in the parking lot for guests to throw out garbage bags. The parking lot is always plowed and shoveled nice for easy in and easy out from the parking lot. This condo is an upstairs unit which makes it nice and quiet. All mattresses are brand new pillowtop therapedic mattresses as of April 2025 from the Vermont Bedroom Company.

    Michael was a great host and extremely accommodating! There is no lack of supplies in this house from extra blankets/bedding to all kitchen items. Location was awesome and very convenient to go to slopes along with bars/restaurants. Very appreciative of Michael’s hospitality!

    Michael’s condo was an excellent choice for our mother/daughter Vermont weekend getaway. Michael is the most communicative host I have encountered. He called before my arrival, letting me know the condo was ready for us, and encouraged me to let him know when we had arrived and were able to get in okay. He encourages guests to reach out if they encounter any problems during their stay. Michael responds almost immediately to all messages. The condo is uniquely set up, well-maintained, clean, and has all the amenities you may need. My mom prefers to eat dinner out while vacationing, so the kitchen was only used for making a light breakfast and packing up a cooler lunch, but we always found exactly what we needed. There are many restaurants nearby, but I highly recommend Casey's Caboose, which we dined at 3 nights, because of the great food and service. Although we were not there for skiing, the condo was conveniently located near skiing facilities, but was located on a tranquil access road. It is closely located to other attractions such as Wilson Castle, The Cooley Cheese Factory, President Calvin Coolidge Historical State Site, Billings Farm & Museum, Sugar Bush Farm, Quechee Gorge, and many covered bridges. We would definitely stay at Michael’s condo if revisiting this Vermont area.

    This is a great condo for all of your Killington needs. The location is excellent as it is just off the access road making it close to skiing, shopping, and dining, but it is also very quiet as it is set back from the busy main road. As other guests have noted, the house is well-appointed with updated kitchen appliances and bathrooms. With that said, both of the couches are extremely uncomfortable. One is so worn out that the faux leather is peeling, the cushions are tired, and it was impossible to find a comfortable way to sit as the couch is beyond its lifespan. The second couch seems newer, but it terribly stiff and also dreadfully uncomfortable. Normally I would not review furniture in a rental, but it is worth mentioning here as we sat on the floor or at the dining room table because both couches were so inhospitable. Other guests noted the poor quality of the beds and we agree. The beds are in desperate need of being replaced. In particular, the king bed is super firm and also beyond its lifespan. If the couches and the beds were replaced this condo would be 5 stars!

    The property was clean and communication with the manager was great. We enjoyed our stay. One thing I did not expect was that one of the bedrooms didn’t directly connect to the main room. Anyone in that bedroom had to go through the entry way to get to the living room and kitchen. We wish it included shampoo/conditioner.

    This is a very quiet condo. We stayed 5 nights. The entry is a bit odd, but once you get used to it, pretty simple. This would be a great condo for 2 couples traveling together. After an initial foopah with the cleaners and working with Mike (the owner), which got worked out pretty fast, we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Also, The Foundry, just up the road is well worth a couple of visits. Great food.

    Very nice condo BUT ... the hot water pressure was terrible and we didn't like the fact that the second bedroom is separate from the main housing. It's not an ideal situation if a couple is traveling with children. And we would have preferred if we were all together in one unit.

    We were two couples in VT for a wedding, and this condo was much more comfortable than the motel rooms that the wedding party had blocked in the next town. The kitchen is well stocked (even though we only needed to make breakfast) and the DR table and living room provided comfortable space for us to hang out together in between the wedding events. The bedrooms were comfortable and with a total of three full bathrooms in the unit we were never vying for shower time. The odd configuration meant that the couple using the separate bedroom had to use the door codes every time they went from the bedroom to the main unit or back. We finally put the door jam in to avoid that and figured that it was safe enough while we were inside. Host had good communication and everything went smoothly. Note if you use the master bedroom you won't really have room in the dresser drawers to put your clothes if you like to unpack from your suitcase.

    Condo looks just like the pictures. Clean, comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was heated to 85 degrees. We would recommend to anyone. The only negative was the water pressure. If one person was taking a shower, it was totally fine. If two people were taking a shower or one person was and someone used a faucet the pressure would decrease quite a bit. Something the owners could work on possibly. Once we realize this, we really did not have any issue since we only took one shower at a time . We would still definitely stay here again.
