Stayed Feb 6, 2020Location is great. It is a large complex and yet this condo was quiet. it is near a road and doesn’t Have much of a view but it is located in an area that is accessible to the best beaches and restaurants. We arrive a d sat on the couch and the base panel totally fell off. The couch is old and should be replaced. We had to have housekeeping fix it. Also had them come in to connect the cable tv in living room. Later that night the guest shower door fell off, it was fixed the next day. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the linens were very nice. A big plus for me. They also provided chairs, biggie boards, ice bocks and snorkels. They had all the starter cleaning supplies. Would recommend a sponge be added to the list All in all we had a nice vacations

Stayed Feb 20, 2020We thought the condo was lovely. It was spacious and had excellent beach supplies like 4 beach chairs and 3 umbrellas with children’s beach toys. The kitchen was well stalked with great pots, pans dishes, etc.. even barbecue utensils. My only mention would be the AC unit which was so loud you really couldn’t use it and it didn’t really work. Fortunately the condo in the mornings and at night was cool enough to be comfortable. The pool was fantastic and the Kam III beach is a 5 min walk at most which was ideal. We Enjoyed our holiday immensely.
