Stayed Nov 18, 2025Perfect location!! Right in the center of Maui and right across the street from the beach and lots of nearby places to eat. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone planning a trip to Maui!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this Kihei Kai Nani condo. It was clean and comfortable, and it had pretty much everything we needed. The beach gear was especially nice. We couldn't find the boogie board that was mentioned, which was a bummer. We didn't necessarily need it, but it would have been nice. The location was also great, both within the complex as well as in Kihei. I would stay here again if there were just two of us. Any more than that would have felt too crowded.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking experience was great. However, the condo was not clean. Our family usually takes our shoes off in the home and these floors were filthy. I had to mop the floors twice before we could walk barefoot in the home. The egg chair was also full of sand, which I vacuumed before we could sit down.
