Kihei Garden Estates H-203 A/C, Spacious Lanai, Great Location, Near Pool

Half a block from the beach, a block from a grocery store, coffee house, and several restaurants. It's located at the north edge of Kihei but outside the most congested parts. Condo was airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. A good value.

It was my first time in Maui and this rental is in a great location! The beach right next to it was empty and nice for a place to relax. The rental itself was nice and came stocked with a lot of things! the only complaint was that some of the beach towels smelled funny.

The property was clean and as described. We unfortunately stayed here while the roof was being replaced, which created a lot of noise and a mess outside from the construction. I notified the rental company and they compensated some of the rental fee due to this inconvenience. I appreciated that since im sure they were unaware of this construction during the time i booked the reservation. There were several homeless people living in the vicinity of the property. I felt uncomfortable allowing my teenage girls to walk around the area after dark. The property description and photos were accurately depicted.

I don't think the sheets had been washed in the upstairs bed. There was a bloodstained on the pillow case. And the downstairs bed had the bedspread haphazardly put on sideways. Oh, and the coffeemaker hadn't been washed.

The place was located right by the center of town with great access to grocery stores, restaurants and shops! It was maintained well and offered beach equipment. Thank you so much - would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean condo Upstairs room lacked some privacy if not a family stay . Kitchen well stocked. Suggest out place mats on table for guests as took a while to find under tv and we had to buy

Very nice 2 floor property. Felt spacious and relaxing. Good central location to travel to other parts of the island. A/C worked well but may need to use the portable fan in the 2nd floor to direct the air towards the bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cups, dishes and utensils. We didn't leave any food out but still saw some tiny bugs on the kitchen counter. Some pots and pans had scratches in them. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Unit H-203 was absolutely excellent! Very clean, beautiful, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were incredibly surprised at how the kitchen was equipped! There was absolutely everything you need to cook food. Just one small nuance.. We didn't find potato masher to make mashed potatoes. Everything else exceeded our expectations. Personally, we did not like the mattress protector upstairs. It was very noisy and created a greenhouse effect, which meant we would constantly wake up terribly sweaty, but we didn't use the air conditioner at night, so we didn't see this as a problem. The most important thing for us was cleanliness and comfort and we were absolutely satisfied. The condo is located in a picturesque place, just one minute from the beach, where turtles come to rest every evening. Just go out onto the beach and walk to the right for about 5-7 minutes until you see a sign explaining how to behave with turtles. They arrive after sunset around 7 pm. Within walking distance from the condo there are shops, restaurants, cafes, a farmers market and even a post office! Be sure to check out Maui Pai bakery, Located in Azeka Shopping Center. The famous Coconut Cafe is also located there. Da Kitchen also good! In short, if you are looking for the perfect place for your vacation, then Kihei Garden Estates is the place for you! Place was clean enough. Living room furniture could be freshened up. Lots of steps so don't stay here if that is an issue. Check in and everything else was easy and we had enough information to do what we needed to do. Amenities provided were better than expected.

What an amazing property, so spacious, comfortable, modern kitchen, close to everything we needed, we loved this little piece of heaven, when we left to move islands and into different rentals on Kauai and Oahu we missed this place so much as other rentals are so much smaller and not as convenient. This really is a home away from home and the most amazing spot to make your home for a Maui vacation.

We had such a great time here. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and market. The property has a shower and hose at the pool to rinse off after the beach. There were puzzles that my boys LOVED. They had boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, sunscreen. So many things were provided. We are sad to be leaving, but hope to be back soon.

By the pool we heard internet platform renters lamenting the state of their condos, but not us. H203 is nicely appointed and comfortable. We love using the pool area barbecue and the gate access tot he shopping centers just makes life easy. We'll be back.
