Kihei Bay Vista is a low rise island style complex across from a long sandy stretch of beach. The beach is perfect for walks, sunset watching or just relaxing. At certain times it is a popular spot to watch the kite surfers ride the waves and sail through the air! The kitchen is well equipped and set up for easy meal preparation. The bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a queen size bed. The sleeper sofa in the living area has a memory foam mattress. There is a flat panel TV and free WiFi.

Stayed Jan 26, 2025The room was big and spacious. The air conditioning worked good. The carpets were a bit old and could be updated. I would recommend it as it was very quiet with only birds chirping you a friendly hello!

Stayed Jan 3, 2026The host was absolutely wonderful, She always responded in a timely manner. The condo was very clean stocked with amenities. And we left the condo just as clean as we found it. We always have good experience staying at these condos and always try to stay here every time we come to Maui.

Cleaning staff clearly take pride in their work and were willing and able to accommodate our request for early check-in. Beautiful garden view. As non-smokers, we also appreciated the cute little designated smoking area outside of the pool area or gathering areas. Great price.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Have stayed in this unit before. Only issue was the water. When you flushed the toilet the water pressure dropped to a dribble. My son thinks the water valve isn't open all the way. He lives on Maui and is a plumber. May want to adjust before renting again. Other than that the stay was wonderful.
