Kihei Bay Vista #A-201 Ocean View, Steps From Beach, Wifi, A/C Great Rates!

Unit is clean and close beach. Enough parking place. I realy like this position. I will refer to my friend.

Nice location near north Kihei, easy access to the rest of Kihei and Maui.

Besides emails, we had no contact with the host but we had no concerns. We had everything we needed. One thing that could be added is a hand rail in the shower for us older people. The instructions for the air conditioning and tv use could be updated. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Maui Rentals did their best to accommodate all of my requests. I appreciated that greatly. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I needed a few things taken of, and they worked hard to get everything attended to in a timely fashion. Mahalo to Maui Rentals.

Nice location, great view, responsive host, clean accommodations. Thank you! I appreciated the extra towels and available beach equipment. Only negative was that the A/C units were incredibly loud, both in the bedroom and the living room.

I was a little nervous booking last minute as I didn't have a lot of time to research the place and area like I usually do. But we were going to meet our Grandson who was just born the day before, so that was how we had to do it. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The place and property were very clean. The area was very nice. We could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy either spending the day there or going for a sunset walk. The only downside to the location is if you're hoping to walk to shopping or restaurants, but we didn't need that. And we were 5 minutes away from where our family lives there. I would definitely stay again on a another trip. The only improvement I would hope for is a quieter AC unit in the bedroom, but even as is, it worked fine and did the job.The pool and hot tub were a great way to end off the day and the view was perfect.

this was both my boyfriend and my first time visiting maui and i feel like i just choose the perfect place to stay. it was nice and quiet not too many people but the neighbors we did meet were just amazing. they had the best stories and recommendations. we had an amazing trip and were able to hit every spot we wanted to with the location being in a central spot as well. we will definitely stay at this location again our next trip.

The condo was very nice and so was the complex. Enjoyed the very clean hot tub each day.

Nice location. Close enough to amenities but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Nice amenities and well stocked. Only issue was the portable AC in the bedroom and the old window mount AC in the living room that provided little relief.

We stayed in several different locations in Hawaii in the past. This one was the best so far. It is clean, has everything you need for your vacation (towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc.) and is conveniently located.
