Hair in shower, under toilet seat had mold, floors looked stained with mildew along edges..kitchen drawer. Had food particals House had a musty smell

Everything was perfect! Very spacious, great location. Would definitely stay again.

Easy booking, easy check-in process, Excellent location, excellent full furnishings! It accommodated the 6 of us comfortably! We would definitely stay in this unit again! Would've given a five star review, but it could've been a bit cleaner. The kitchen needs a good deep cleaning, the couches/sofa beds need better cleaning, the floors under the couches & beds need not be ignored and the walls need to be cleaned or paint touch ups. Overall, the unit probably needs more frequent deep cleanings, but we weren't unhappy with our stay!

The cleanest it has been in the 3 times we have stayed there was this trip. Some updates like newer sheets as last trip they had holes and smoke decectors were installed. The onsite property management was good, and communicated when I called about a napkin with handwritten out of order on the washer door. The PM confirmed it was broken and they had been waiting for weeks for part to come in. The temporary solution was to let us into beighboring unit that didnt have a check in until halfway through our stay...so good news is there was a partial solution so we had clean clothes for second half of trip but bad news was we didnt have a washer second half of trip and this is a key part of why we stay in condos with W/D. I wish someone would have reached out prior to our arrival, as we would have packed more for the stay...overall the location makes up for the lack of washer and prior cleanlinest issues and worn out bedding.

The property was wonderful, it had great amenities and our host was the best! Definitely booking again!!

Condo is right across the beach (2-minute walk). Close to the stores and shops.This is great for the family. Plenty seating space for the kids. AC, WiFi, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit. Parking right in front of unit with extra visitor stalls.We had an issue, but it was solved right away.

Location was great, right across the street from the beach. Town house was as described. En-suite laundry is convenient. BBQs by the pool were also a nice addition. My only complaint would be the air conditioner. It’s on a timer which wouldn’t be a problem but the maximum time is 6 hours which isn’t long enough to make it through the night. Having an 8 hour timer would make more sense. It got hot quickly when the timer would run out.

Very comfortable and homey. Close to most anything you will need, within walking distance. 3 most popular beaches, and not a long drive to others. This is our second time staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi. The unit is a bit outdated and could use some updates. Also the cleanliness could use some attention to detail. But overall it was fine. Would definitely stay again

Check in was not received until after check in time owner said his phone was dead. Manager did not return calls about issues from Wednesday to Saturday morning. I did a list of needed repairs and texted to both manager Scott on island and Tyler who is owner off island. It is okay amenities wise with great location and people who dont really seem to care

The house itself, view, parking, location and check in and out was better than expected. Great place to stay!
