Stayed Jan 21, 2026For my wife and I this condo was perfect! It has one bedroom (king bed), one bath, full kitchen, dining area, living area, air conditioning and large lanai. It could easily accommodate more people if needed, including children. The shower & toilet was separate from the vanity/sink area. There are dual bath sinks making it easy to share & store your things. It was very clean and neat, no bugs. Excellent WiFi speeds. We really appreciated the condo's beach chairs and umbrellas - really made hanging out on Kiahuna Beach (and nearby Poipu Beach) much more enjoyable. This condo's location is also great. Not too close but not too far (good privacy). It has a partial Ocean view located on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building, but the front door was only 9 steps up from the sidewalk making it easy to get in and out. It was a very short walk to the resort's grills, beach, and front lawn areas. It is also conveniently located near the Poipu Athletic Club. Host Ivan and co-host Svetlana were very helpful and always replied quickly to any questions. We highly recommend renting this condo!

Condo was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and in a wonderful area - the resort was beautiful with direct beach access, two breakfast cafes, and an area of shops/a grocery store! Def recommend!

We were very comfortable in the unit and it had all the necessities we needed for our stay. It was very clean. It is in walking distance to the beach which we enjoyed. It is also in walking distance to the local shopping district across the street. Thank you for sharing your unit for all to enjoy while in Kauai!

Stayed Jan 3, 2025My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved the apartment. It has a spacious kitchen with everything you need and a large balcony, making it feel very homey. We regret not staying here longer, as we previously stayed at another property in Poipu that didn’t even come close to this one.The location is fantastic—it feels like a resort. There is a front desk on the property, beautiful green spaces, and it’s only a two-minute walk to the beach. The property provides towels which you can exchange on fresh one whenever needed, and you also can rent boards and all swimming equipments there on the territory. There are multiple outdoor grills available, which we were happy to use. There is a great outdoor gym and sports courts just across the street that you can also use.We highly recommend this place!
