Guest Access:

You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

Old world plantation-style buildings beautifully set in thirty-five acres of banyan trees, orchid gardens, palm groves, koi ponds, lagoon, tropical flowers, manicured lawns, and the perfect white sandy beach with the magnificent ocean. The plantation`s feel and ambiance areas through the building sites were selected to preserve the natural beauty of the property.



In the opposite direction, it is a three-minute walk to The Poipu Shopping Village which houses the famous Keoki`s Restaurant, other fine dining options including the new Thai Bistro and Sushi Bar, island favorites like Puka Dog and Papalani`s gelato, entertainment, shops for sundries, clothing, art, jewelry, and more. This unit has a great view not only from its lanai but also from both the kitchen and dining areas.



The location of the building is further an asset because of convenience. This location is equidistant from the ocean and beaches of the Poipu Shore as it is from the amenities offered by the Poipu Shore Village restaurants, entertainment, and shops.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

    The Property is extremely dated with old dingy unclean floors in bathroom and kitchen. Who knows when the last time the carpet was cleaned. There is no air conditioning, the furniture likely 20 to 25 years old and there is one 26 inch TV squeezed between the Kitchen and hallway to the Bedroom. The bed feels like an oak plank. There has been no apparent upgrades to this unit in building that was built in the mid 70’s. It is just a money grab. We would not stay there again if it was fee.

    The property was great the only problem we had was the laundry room was close the day we were leaving, we had kids running and slamming doors at all hours of the day and someone was smoking right outside our window non of this is the hosts fault!!!

    We loved the option of being able to walk out on our lanai and straight onto the grounds. Everything was made easy for us to utilize. The beach accessories were so helpful, the pool facility was beautiful, the towel cards were a great bonus too! Would definitely stay here again!

    The stay was great, we loved the area and beautiful gardens. Being able to walk to the beach and the athletic club and local restaurants was great. The condo was comfortable and has everything you need. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was so helpful! The management was very fast to respond to any questions and took care of an issue we had immediately. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

    Loved our stay here! The condo had an old Hawaiian vibe but well upkept and clean. Even though we were in the building closest to the road (building 39), we were pleasantly surprised how easy and quick it was to get to the beach. Beautiful grounds for walking. Great communication with the property management team. Friendly neighbors. So glad we stayed at KP323!

    This is our third stay at Kiahuna Plantation. It's a great location. Easy walk to the beach and shopping with restaurants across the street. The unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Communication with management was excellent. If you need to do laundry, its not real close to this unit. Also be aware that is closer to a main road which can be quite busy at times. One con is that the pool is not on the property, but acrossthe street. We were aware of this when making our reservation.

    Overall our stay was amazing. The condo is just within walking distance of everything we needed! We took advantage of the Poipu athletic club almost everyday, and had the space we needed for our 7 month old daughter. The Poipu shopping center was just across the street where we got delish gelato and Thai food. The bed and bedding could use updating, and make sure to pack bug spray. I got many mosquito bites (they like my blood) sitting out on the lanai, but my husband was just fine. All small things relative to our relaxing and enjoyable stay! The management company was fantastic with communication, and we didn’t need to rely on them for any issues. Keep up the great customer service :)
