The Neighborhood:

Old world plantation-style buildings beautifully set in thirty-five acres of banyan trees, orchid gardens, palm groves, koi ponds, lagoon, tropical flowers, manicured lawns, and the perfect white sandy beach with the magnificent ocean. The plantation`s feel and ambiance are as though the building sites were selected to preserve the natural beauty of the property.



In the opposite direction, it is a three-minute walk to The Poipu Shopping Village which houses the famous Keoki`s Restaurant, other fine dining options including the new Thai Bistro and Sushi Bar, island favorites like Puka Dog and Papalani`s gelato, entertainment, shops for sundries, clothing, art, jewelry, and more. This unit has a great view not only from its lanai but also from both the kitchen and dining areas.



The location of the building is further an asset because of convenience. This location is equidistant from the ocean and beaches of the Poipu Shore as it is from the amenities offered by the Poipu Shore Village restaurants, entertainment, and shops.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

    The location on the property was so far from the beach, and grassy area. It was a trek to get anywhere. No airconditioning, so be prepared for the place to get warm in the afternoons.

    Our trip was fabulous. The condo was perfect, and great location. The property grounds were so lush and beautiful. Location was perfect, quick walk to beach, and easy access to both shopping/restaurants down the street and across the street! The condo had everything we needed and more. A beach chair broke one day and they brought us a new one within hours, totally unexpected but so awesome! 10/10 recommend :)

    We had a wonderful stay. The condo was so clean, with beautiful decor. The lanai looked out onto gorgeous gardens with geckos for the kids to scout. The shopping mall across the street was handy. We also really enjoyed the beach and the pool with waterside and convenient Cabana restaurant with fantastic food, drinks and service. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

    We had a great time! Accomodations were as advertised meeting all of our expectations. We had a ground floor unit with a lanai opening to the grass and the property garden. The location was excellent and easily available to visiting other areas of the island. We used the hide-a-bed for two weeks and found it quite comfortable. The property team was responsive when we had a couple of minor issues (a tv remote). We would definitely revisit this property.

    This location was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. Quick walk to many beaches, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels and beach gear for us to enjoy. The property grounds were beautiful and was great to have access to the nearby athletic club. And the host was quick to respond. We would definitely come back!

    We loved the condo (3 & 5yr olds and hubbie), it was comfortable and a quick walk to the beach! Loved opening the sliding glass doors for the kids to play in the yard, chase chickens and geckos. The laundry facility and pool were more like a 5-min drive. Instead, We unofficially “used” the Sheraton pool, where we got drinks and food poolside while being ocean front (just don’t bring towels to give it away). We could also take a longer walk down the beach to see the turtles, and get food at Puka Dog.Small communication issues should be improved with the check in code included in one of the 10 text or emails we received— as well as info on hours of the pool shack. We did appreciate the option for a late evening check-out for a reasonable fee!

    This is great location, just a 5 minute walk from a gorgeous beach. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. There is no laundry in the unit which is as described but take note. The property is beautifully landscaped and the rental comes with access to an athletic club which is mall but nice

    Nice location that is walkable to the beach and Poipu Village. You almost get too many texts and emails about the property before check in. My only complaints are that the neighbors can be noisy and since the windows must be left open due to the heat, they can keep you up or wake you up too early.

    My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit was immaculate and beautifully furnished with unique Hawaiian inspired art. The kitchen had everything you'd need or want. Everything was updated and clean. The location is ideal and the unit was surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The only other comment I'd like to make is that although it's a ground floor unit, there are about seven steps down to get to the front door. The other sliding glass door is ground level with no steps, so this might be something to consider for those with mobility issues. A wonderful place!
