Stayed Jun 11, 2024It's mostly what I expected for the price paid. A bit outdated and not cleaned well but location is great and it had the space we needed. The accommodations state that the condo has A/C. The A/C went out while we were there - it was 105 degrees outside and it made for indoor sleeping to be above 90 degrees. The property manager sent a tech the next morning and we thought that it was fixed. We left the property for the day and when we arrived home, we found the A/C to be not working again and the condo again over 90 degrees inside. The property manager was rude and inappropriate. He did not respond to texts but did answer the phone an hour after attempting to connect with him. I asked for solutions, suggesting him bringing fans, or crediting us the night stay cost so we could go buy fans, or for him to put us in a different property or hotel while the A/C was getting fixed. His response was you can sleep outside then. He also stated that this is not his problem, things happen and it's not like he came over and broke the A/C with a hammer. Never have I been treated so poorly. We tried to connect with VRBO and they attempted to do a 3-way phone call to find resolution but he never answered or responded, nor did he follow up with any alternative solutions to me directly. The check-in instructions state that WiFi instructions are on a sheet of paper by the tv, but this is not the case. We were able to get the details, but he was rude in this interaction as well. Unnecessary!

Stayed Jun 2, 2023The location is absolutely perfect. 10 minutes max drive to any Disney park. Pool on site is a great amenity. It’s a comfortable and quiet area. The grocery store was so close! The condo itself did the job as our crash pad. It really needs some general repairs, upkeep, and a deep clean. Upon arrival we noted that the door frame was cracked and there was a large gap between the door and the frame when closed. It looked like someone took a crowbar to it at some point. We notified the property manager and a reinforcement lock was installed directly onto the broken frame by our 4th day. It didn’t really fix the problem since you could still see in/out through the door and it was attached right over the break. All the furniture is extremely well worn. Chipped paint and broken drawer slides in every room. There is a yellow chair in the living room that is absolutely filthy. Master shower makes a deafening sound when in use. Dryer has a very loud squeak that prevented use at night. I requested a high chair, which I was told could be acquired prior to arrival, it was not. When I asked about once on property I was told it was not possible. It would have been helpful to have been told that any of the other times I asked. The check in instructions stated that there was a sheet by the tv with Wi-Fi instructions. It was not there, when contacting the property manager about it we received some attitude that it was “in the instructions that were sent”.
