Awesome Lanai views! Impressive communication! Very welcoming! Great location near Kona. Super quiet and beautiful nature setting. Condo was impressively clean as were the pool area and grounds. Morning, coffee on the lanai, listening to the birds every morning. Spotted whales breaching, and tails around lunchtime.

The condo was nice and clean. Great view of pool and ocean. The pool was nice. Close to nearby food, shopping, and the ocean. The property was clean and quiet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was amazing. The neighbors (live there) were so friendly and sweet. We had 6 of us total and the house had more than enough space. One thing I did wish I knew before hand is that only one vehicle can park on the property and the only other parking is side of the road outside of the condo complex, but we did always find a parking spot for the second vehicle so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the property was wonderful to stay at and we would 100% book it again for our next trip to Kona.

Everything was well maintained and our girls spent a bit of time at the pool. The lanai was spacious and we spent quite a bit of time out there. The loft with the spiral staircase was unique allowing for three separate bedroom spaces, each with their own bathrooms. Not only would we recommend this rental but would utilize it again in the future. Keauhou shopping center is close with everything from coffee, to grocery/drug stores, shops, restaurants, and a farmers market on Saturdays.
