A perfect vacation for winter and summer! Take advantage of the free Deer Valley East shuttle during winter season, swiftly taking you away from your condo to the new Deer Valley East Village. After a day on the mountains or swimming in the Jordanelle Reservoir, relax on your private deck or for added fun, swim in a beautiful Pool (in the summer) and relax in three nice Hot Tubs (all year round). A common BBQ, Fitness room, and Game room area is available as well as a coin laundry and free underground parking.

This bright corner condo boasts 1,200 square feet of living space with a vaulted two-story floor plan. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley East's mountains and water.

Kitchen: The main level features an open floor plan with a Full Kitchen and dining table. An additional kitchenette is included in the second bedroom area, offering a gas stove, mini fridge, and microwave with dining table. Both kitchens have quartz counter tops, are fully equipped with utensils and cookware, and feature a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a blender. The main dining table offers seating for 6 and the kitchenette offers seating for 4. Venture outside to the deck to be surrounded with beautiful views.

Living room: Unwind in this stylish contemporary living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a cozy Gas Fireplace. After a day of adventure, cozy up by the fire with your favorite show. A pull-out queen bed offers added sleeping arrangements for up to two additional guests.

Bedroom 1 - Upstairs, the primary king-bed suite impresses with a vaulted ceiling, ensuite Walk in tile shower bathroom and an amazing view of the Jordanelle valley.

Bedroom 2 - A second queen bedroom with ensuite bathtub and tile shower.

    Check in was hard without the door codes.Parking lot is really small and narrow. Bring a small car, too tight for trucks inside.TV's needed to be updated. Everything else was very nice.
