Stayed Dec 31, 1969Way over-priced. Unit is old & furnishings are gross. Not close to beach or pool; much longer walk than advertised. Noisy unit along street. Kitchen sink (sewer) backed up 3 times (stunk). Plumber came on 6th day after VRBO approved our replacement unit. We deserve a significant refund.

Stayed Sep 9, 2021Excellent location. Close to several beaches, restaurants, and the grocery store. Easy access to the bus. The property is right along Honokeana Bay, which has a wonderful array of sea life to view while snorkeling. There was heavy construction going on during the day in the unit next door. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay!

Stayed Feb 10, 2026Good location, comfortable bed and cold A/C. Equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and pack n play. Definitely needs a remodel. Pretty run down. Can hear every footstep from upstairs unit. But for the price, it was worth it.

Stayed Sep 16, 2025The unit was a downstairs unit at the south side of the property. The view of the bay is amazing from the porch and we took advantage every sunset we were home.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025The unit we stayed in was very well set up and easy to find everything. Were were able to the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. They were all clean and easy to operate. We had a great view of the ocean that afforded great sunsets and whale activity. Napili point is a great location. We enjoyed walks along the coastal trail and the beaches close by. Shopping is close and many restaurants nearby.

Stayed Feb 8, 2024This property was just perfect for our relaxing get away. We loved the view of the ocean, the space the unit provided, the separate bedroom and having a washer and dryer. We had a couple items that needed repair and someone was there a short time later. Mahalo!

Stayed Jan 10, 2023This place was clean, relaxing, and located within walking distance to a sandy beach and an ocean bay with snorkleing that was slightly challenging to enter and exit. Turtles but limited fish to see. The view was nice from the pool and a path out to a point, but the view from the condo was obstructed by a metal fence. Some road noise and upstairs tenant noise. Nice restaurant next door. Would come back to condos located further out on the point with nicer views from the room.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022We’ve been to Maui over five times and stayed at some very fancy hotels as well. This may have been our best stay. The location was unmatched. We snorkeled in the bay right out our back door and saw so many turtles and fish. It was amazing! The amenities were also wonderful. Just to have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a cooler made our daily excursions so much more enjoyable. And an in unit washing machine…heaven. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 11, 2022The location was great. The property has not been maintained. We were pleased there were two beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and two wave riders.
